I tried for how many days now to renew my Kaspersky antivirus software. A proof of payment was send to them at how many occasions and guess what - they inform me that my payment was unsuccessful and that I must pay the renewal fees again. The amount when off against me bank account and still absolutely nothing. Either their agents are still looking at my renewal or according to them the payment was unsuccessful!! Don't even try to renew you software with a EFT into their account. They just send you an email that as mentioned above, that they are still looking into our application, or that your payment was unsuccessful. Services sucks to say the leas.

<p>I recently purchased this product by using the Renew option in my Kaspersky control panel, I paid for the renewal via PayPal and never did get my activation code.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made out two separate tickets for this and these being</p> <p> </p> <p>Request # ********** </p> <p>Request # ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I only got some type of reply on this after I had lodged a dispute on PayPal itself. As you will see I was told if I wanted a refund directly from you I would need to resolve this dispute so I did this and let your support know. Once this was resolved on PayPal I once again was left out in the cold and ignored. Rather clever move on your part as you well know that once a dispute has been resolved we are unable to activate it once again. So I can only assume now that I will not be getting either</p> <p> </p> <p>A refund from you people<br />Or my activation code as I purchased.</p>

<p>Avangate does not react to requests not to renew a Bitdefender subscription. They can also not be contacted on the their local number.</p> <p>Once the "unlawfull" deduction ha gon through the customer das to either stop the payment by the bank, at a cost, or claim a refund from Bitdefender.</p> <p>Stay away from Avangate at all cost</p> <p> </p>

I have a problem with Avangate Bitdefender because (1) they automatically renewed my licence fee in spite of my request that they do not do that and that I disabled that option (2) they store my credit card particulars on a place where I cannot log into and remove it (3) I have submitted my complain about that and do not get any feedback other than automated responses that they will give attention (4) I am obviously dealing with a robot and no real people come back to me to give feedback (5) we need support on some installing issues and no-one responds to that either, meaning that we have a product with no effective use of it. (5) I have big problems with this automatic renewal because that ignores my human rights to decide when, where and at what price I want to buy their product IF I want it AND being a South African subjected to the weakened rand, I can buy the product locally at 4 times less than paying in dollars, and I did that, but they also renewed my licence at their price without my consent.

I paid for a 1 year subscription for bitdefender 2016 on 28/11/2015. tried numerous times to download from the link supplied by Avangate but always after got a 1011 error. Eventually ran out of data on my account (80attempts). i got further on one occasion only to be told that the activation key supplied was invalid.<br> this company seems to be a bunch of con merchants.<br> busy with my bank to try to reverse the payment.

Avangate tried to renew my subscription without my approval. In the process they tried to deduct money from my credit card without authority. Now they do not respond to my mails.

During January, 2015 I made a payment for the renewal of my Kaspersky Pure 3.0. (Order Number: 35230074) to Avangate.. I subsequently received a Licence Support Document from Kaspersky Lab.( Licence Number: 164E-150114-094320) and also an activation code from Avangate. The code would not take and I made numerous calls to Kaspersky Lab's call centre to try and rectify the situation, but to no avail. It is also of no use to contact Avangate as they appear to not exist in South Africa but are quick to grab one's money with nothing in return. I received numerous mails from Kaspersky Lab who informed me that I have 5 days to respond to there various mails otherwise the matter would be accepted as having been sorted out. I did this and heard nothing further. I have paid the sum R279.50 for absolutely nothing and have had to resort to using AVG anti-virus software. I wish to warn the public to be aware of what is going on with Avangate and Kaspersky Lab.
