What a shambles!! We booked a trip from Pta to Roodepoort and the whole fee was paid upfront. The driver forgot to log out when the destination was reached and traveled to another destination and we were charged an additional R 940 for that trip - which wasn't for our account. Bolt received our query and promise that the money will be paid back - now after nearly a week, we're still waiting for the reimbur*****t. The driver refused to talk to us or to take our calls. What a shocking experience, with next to zero help from Bolt. Be careful when you use their services as they not willing (or so it would appears) to be of any help with our query.
We were forced to install their application and with one heck of battle exceeded. When opening the app I all of a sudden saw that a personal loan which I never requested from them is now handed over for further legal action because the so called loan is in arrears with R 25. Trying to get it sorted through their call centre turned out to be a waste of time and cell phone airtime. I now have to fill in an affidavit to get them to look into a possibility ***** situation. What an absolute joke!!! Trying to get it sorted is another three hours of wasted time.
I'm trying for two months to remove a vehicle traded in for another one,but with absolutely no joy at all. Emails send to each and every availability I can get hold of to cancel the one vehicle - outcome zero/ nothing. The only outcome was to cancel my monthly debit order and then all of a sudden the threats to hand my account over for legal action. Phone calls: numerous and the same outcome. Absolutely appalling service and the worst client service you can wish for.
This hospital group and especially their Wilgeheuwel hospital is really bad on their account! It's not the first time that we received final demands for an apparent medical bill not paid by our medical aid. You can rest assure that they are going to nail you for an so called outstanding bill not paid by your medical aid. After nearly two years and guess what?? An apparent outstanding account again for a portion of a bill Discovery (our medical aid) didn't pay!! Wilgeheuwel will not see me or my family again. Stay away!!
It's a constant battle to get your holding deposit from them and especially if you rent a car from the Cape Town International Airport branch. How many times now my holding deposit for a car rental done at this branch is just not released and every time I have to query it through their customer care centre. Return a car on 1/3/2019 and now almost 4 weeks later is still waiting for the deposit to be released.
I tried for how many days now to renew my Kaspersky antivirus software. A proof of payment was send to them at how many occasions and guess what - they inform me that my payment was unsuccessful and that I must pay the renewal fees again. The amount when off against me bank account and still absolutely nothing. Either their agents are still looking at my renewal or according to them the payment was unsuccessful!! Don't even try to renew you software with a EFT into their account. They just send you an email that as mentioned above, that they are still looking into our application, or that your payment was unsuccessful. Services sucks to say the leas.
Hi I really want to complain about the services received from Galliga Autobody Panelbeaters. On 4/11/2017 we took my daughter’s Proton Savvy to them to do the repairs of the hail damage as approved and requested by you. That’s now exactly a month later and we still don’t have the car back. We were told that the car would be ready for collection within a week and each and every week since 13/11/2017 I have to phone them and request an update of the repairs. If not one excuse then another!! Last week we were promised that the Savvy would be ready by Friday 1/12/2017. When I phoned them guess what, just another excuse. The latest one now is that they would phone me today and inform me about the progression of the repairs and when we can get the car. Guess what again??? No phone call, no nothing and no progress report. I really would like to put in writing my utter disgust for this service and this business.

<p>My Honda Ballade was stolen and as a result of that dealt with Basie Piek at King Price in Pretoria. From the word go Basie was extremely helpful and did everything to get the claim sorted out. </p> <p>From my experience with King Price and Basie as well as Gerhard van Niekerk was just amazing and I can now with all the pleasure in the world recommend King Price.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Basie, you made the bad experience of the stolen car a little easier for me.</p>
