A very big thank you to LLewellyn Friend for all his help and great customer service! He assisted me with my vehicle and kept me in the loop and up to date at all times. He is always friendly and helpful and always goes the extra mile. He is a great asset to Gallagher Auto Body!

Hi I really want to complain about the services received from Galliga Autobody Panelbeaters. On 4/11/2017 we took my daughter’s Proton Savvy to them to do the repairs of the hail damage as approved and requested by you. That’s now exactly a month later and we still don’t have the car back. We were told that the car would be ready for collection within a week and each and every week since 13/11/2017 I have to phone them and request an update of the repairs. If not one excuse then another!! Last week we were promised that the Savvy would be ready by Friday 1/12/2017. When I phoned them guess what, just another excuse. The latest one now is that they would phone me today and inform me about the progression of the repairs and when we can get the car. Guess what again??? No phone call, no nothing and no progress report. I really would like to put in writing my utter disgust for this service and this business.

My daughter has been waiting 10 days to get her car back. They returned it with all the windows scratched and the bumper was not repaired from the hail damage. Yes, they eagerly took the R1500 excess but what about the shoddy workmanship. Is this how King Price's clients are treated. It is disgusting. If this is not resolved tmrw, my lawyers will take it further with all costs for your account

<p>Relatively minor damage to motor vehicle.</p> <p>Insurance claim approved on the 10 Feb 2017 and given to Gallager Auto Body.</p> <p>It is the 24th March and still no car.</p> <p>ETA 29th or 30th March.</p> <p>First delay in ordering parts. Car only dropped off on the 2 March (three week delay here).</p> <p>At ETA date car will have been there for four weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy with delays.</p> <p> </p>
