Nonsense insurance
I cannot explain the disdain and disgust I feel towards this organisation. Their work ethic is non-existent. They take your money and sell you a dream around your cover.

PMD insurance is pathetic
These people are the most horrible insurance!! They are quick to take take but when it.comes to paying, they will find every reason not to pay. I am disgusted.

MTN is useless
Mtn has the most garbage customer service ever! They do not respond to mails, when you phone you are passed on from department to department. They are super *********** and unhelpful!

Not even bothered to action complaints. I have never seen such a useless organization in my life! To say you have bad customer service is an understatement!.

MTN is a joke. Poor customer setvice!!
MTN does not respond to mails. If you phone you are passed from department to department. They had me as having defaulted om payment. I had no knowledge of this for over 2 years. Eventually did credit check and found i was owing. Paid this small amount over 2 months ago but still waiting for a paid up letter. No one responds, no one responds to mails. It is very frustrating

Garbage Business
They do no answer calls. Their reports are inaccurate and they have no customer care at all. They should just close down!!
