Skynet have had my documents since 05/12/2025. according to the tracking system they went out for delivery on 08/12/2025. They went out for delivery on 08/12/2025. too date they have not been delivered. Their tracking system shows the item out for delivery from the 8th to the 10th. After that there is no further update. Have been promised by Skynet twice that the problem will be escalated but still no delivery or contact from them. Do not trust or use this company for any parcel related matters.
Took my money on 01/12/2025 for my car licence. Still waiting for delivery 13/12/2025. On making contact was told the problem would be looked into. Too date not even a follow up from them.
FNB Investments must have the most ill mannered and unhelpful staff in the banking business. I have a fixed deposit maturing in a months time and tried to speak to someone with instructions regarding the money. I was told the number on the notice of maturity was not the correct one and would be transferred - call cut off!! Tried again and given a different number. Called 3 times and on two occasions was cut off mid sentence whilst talking to female staff. No attempt was made by FNB to contact me even though they have al of my contact details - that would be too much like work!!
I reported *****ulent transactions on my FNB card on 25/09/2024. Gomolemo from the ***** department cancelled my card and promised a case would be opened. I did not need to do any thing further. An sms was received the same day confirming the cancellation. The next day I had a call from the card division letting me know my new card would be available on 02/10/2024. When I checked my card account on 04/10/24 the *****ulent amounts had been debited to me on the 27/09/2024 - 2 days after my card had been cancelled and a ***** case supposedly opened!! When queried with the ***** department they did not seem to have any knowledge of my original complaint. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of getting a credit card from FNB - be very wary of the total incompetence and possible internal *****.
Yesterday I had reason to visit FNB Randpark Ridge. The first time I have had to go to an FNB branch in 7 years. The service I received was superb from start to finish. Please keep up this level of service.
Please be wary of this business ( and their sister business Bwired) as they took my money for materials and never reappeared on site despite making 3 appointments. Trying to contact them has not resulted in any progress or refund of monies. The front man is called Baxter (071 120 9939). This telephone number is also the contact number for a company called Bwired which was the name I was given when transferring money to them. I will be opening a case of theft / ***** against them but this is just a heads uo to warn others.
FNB Investment / wealth divisions are full of totally *********** employees. 7 times today I tried to get someone to help me with a current investment account. I got rerouted 4 times and cut of twice. One lady was so useless she couldn"t even find my account so she put the phone down. The level of service is disgusting.
Tested my Namola app on my phone. No response. Tested the emergency unit. Once again no response. The attitude of the operators was of couldn't care less. Promised customer care would follow up - nothing. Do not expect any help from Namola if you experiance a problem.
Disgusting service from what should be rated a 1 or 2 star hotel. After numerous complaints that could not be rectified by the inefficient and untrained staff (emile & anelisa) I asked to speak to tha manager (David dix) only to be told he was unavailable until the next day. Our problems began at 14h30. Phoning head office I was given the number of the capetonian and told to speak to the manager. If you are going to Cape Town stay away from this hotel as they will spoil your holiday.
I had occasion to call PowerMan to help me with a problem on my UPS system. Spoke to Megan, the service manager who sent out a technician, Sam, to help me out. the problem was sorted the same day but I have to mention the service I receiver from start to finish was second to none. I can sincerely recommend PowerMan for any UPS installations.
