Blatant Theft. My daughter in law bought me a shirt for Christmas. She never retained the slip or gave me the slip as the price was not disclosed. The shirt was far too small for me and I took it to Truworths, Somerset West to swop for a larger shirt or buy a different shirt if there was no stock. I must make mention that the tags were still on the shirt when I attempted to swop out. I was abruptly told that by the manager that Truworths would not swop the shirt out as I was not in possession of the slip. I said that the shirt was given to me as a gift and I do not have the slip, but to no avail. I left the brand new shirt with the manager as the shirt was of no use to me. Please people, beware of this happening to you. I have never experienced this ever before.
During January, 2015 I made a payment for the renewal of my Kaspersky Pure 3.0. (Order Number: 35230074) to Avangate.. I subsequently received a Licence Support Document from Kaspersky Lab.( Licence Number: 164E-150114-094320) and also an activation code from Avangate. The code would not take and I made numerous calls to Kaspersky Lab's call centre to try and rectify the situation, but to no avail. It is also of no use to contact Avangate as they appear to not exist in South Africa but are quick to grab one's money with nothing in return. I received numerous mails from Kaspersky Lab who informed me that I have 5 days to respond to there various mails otherwise the matter would be accepted as having been sorted out. I did this and heard nothing further. I have paid the sum R279.50 for absolutely nothing and have had to resort to using AVG anti-virus software. I wish to warn the public to be aware of what is going on with Avangate and Kaspersky Lab.
