kaspersky ****** me
.... kaspersky antivirus just ****** me - last week wednesday i tried to put the antivirus onto my new computer (old computer to old to udate) - paid via credit card which was done - not a word or email, not a key or beep, absolutely nothing once payment went through - tried calling h/o in johannesburg but they just answer phones ***, - they ended up putting me through to someone who could not speak english but that's not the worst - ended up on the phone to someone in malaysia can you believe it. - all at my cost - cant email them, help line is a ai bot - even homepage opens in russian lololol - i will get my money back but will never ever use kaspersky again - what a **** - if i could give -1star i would - please be aware folks

Lacking Service Quality - Cannot Edit Licence
Excellent product and have used them before over the years. This review is one star rated ONLY because of a rather frustrating issue: I wanted to amend/increase the number of devices on my subscription and was willing to pay for the additional devices (this is an option with most competitors I have been with and done the same with). Other than that, I still recommend their product. Just make sure you purchase 20 licences and not 10 if you need more since you cannot edit it before or after.

I have been trying to cancel auto renew, tried to reach them but no help. The steps they say I must follow for cancelation aren't working. On that subscription tab there is nothing on my active subscription to mange and cancel, it's infuriating to have to do this. They directed me to Nexway which isn't helping because I do not have an account with them. I want to cancel everything and get my refund

DONT BUY KASPESKY: ***** Alert!
From the bad reputation i have read here on this site, i can concur that Kaspersky should be avoided by all cost. Their support is non existent (took 1 month to reply) and when it comes to cancellation of your subscription, you are in for a surprise. there is no way to stop your subscription and you will be deducted from your account. Canceling means NOTHING to these ******. the absolute best advise i will give to any prospected buyers of this software is DONT BUY. Just DONT. For the victims, cancel your debit orders and add a case of ***** with your bank. the more people do this the quicker we get these ****** out of our country. Kaspersky: Same On YOU Ernest.

How dare Kaspersky take money out my bank account. I didnt order a new subscription. I saw an amount for over R900 taken out my bank account. The very reason I purchased virus protection originally was to protect my computer. Kaspersky thinks it has the right to make take out money out my bank without my permission. How dare they even go onto my bank account.

Kaspersky lack of support for premium purchase
I purchased more than a month ago, i had previous subscriptions, and i had problems activating the subscription i purchased off ebay, i then had to purchase another one directly from Kaspersky lab, but then had problems activating, i had a previous subscription for my smart phone as well and thought i would buy one subsceiption to cover all my devices. I have a partially installed soluion on my laptop, i had to remove kaspersky from my phoen as it blocked my calls and impacted my functionality, i purchased the premium plan that comes with support, what a joke that has turned out to be. I have made several calls, and svereal emails with varying incident numbers , my problems are still not resolved.

Watch out for Kapersky scam!!!! You pay without ever asking for the product. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
Charging me for a product I never ordered, and had the gall to continue by sending me another invoice. Tried to contact them, confirmed cancellation for product I never ordered, the sent me an invoice again! They seem to think it's a free for all at Kapersky. Really angry, I see it as theft.
