Tapered clusters on new vehicles I once saw Corolla Cross Hybrid and asked the driver if I can have a look inside . Saw all the lights on dashboard flashing. Asked about it he told me he driving for an independent contractor and that Toyota Tygervalley knows about this practise. Meaning that we are buying vehicles with high mileage without knowing

This dealership has refined the art of stringing one along and never getting back to phone messages or responding to e-mails. They have zero idea on what customer service is and do not care for their customers or the business they provide. My Fortuna had a factory-fitted, original Toyota towbar fitted by their workshop at the time of purchase. Poor installation by their technicians (As per Toyota CT fault report) resulted in a wiring issue that needed to be fixed and towbar correctly re-fitted. Vehicle almost new and warranty still valid for a few more years. Toyota CT did the repairs & Toyota Tygervalley agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repairs months ago and now have reneged on their promise and just refuse to engage and ignore e-mails. Its not even a big amount - purely a principal thing. This outlet gives Toyota SA a bad name and I will definitely not deal with this branch again - they are beyond unprofessional.

If you are ever looking for the best deal and best service from Toyota I suggest you go see a sales lady with the name of CONNIE at Toyota Tygervalley. The discounts she gave me was just under R11 000.I was at 3 other Toyota dealers.Ine salesman told me I can only get the colour on the floor or I would wait about two months for my colour which was a lie because Connie got it for me withing 9 days. One salesman said he could not give me discount because it's a new model and very very popular.I agree on the popularity.CONNIE was firstly very friendly and helped me and assisted e the moment she saw me looking at the Toyota Sterlet cross and Urban Cruiser. She explained both cars and the difference of these two cars. She knows everything about the product she is selling. One other salesman at other Toyota dealer said I must take certain products when buying a Toyota Starlet cross in order to buy the car which would have cost me nearly R8000 more.CONNIE gave me discounts on everything ftom on the road cost, safety film, towbar, a full tank of petrol and a massive dealer discount which was just under nearly R11 000 in total.Go see or contact CONNIE if you looking for the best deal in buying a new Toyota and see if ANY other salesman can beat her service and service excellence.Thank you CONNIE for your excellent service and all the money you saved me.I honestly appreciate it.GOD bless you.Toyota can be proud to have a sales person like you.

Good day, I would like to share my recent experience at NMI Toyota Tyger valley (pre-owned autos). I was interested in a Toyota that was advertised on Cars.co.za. I went to the dealership and was shown the car, given the keys, and allowed to inspect it thoroughly. The salesperson was very pleasant and helpful. I mentioned that I intended to trade in my present vehicle, and it was arranged for the manager to inspect it, which he did. To my astonishment, he returned a low trade-in offer (R15000) lower than other dealer trade offers. I, on the other hand, was still interested in the Toyota. To my astonishment, I was then informed that the automobile had been sold and that they are waiting for the finance approval from the bank. I was told that if the purchase was unable to obtain financing for any reason, I may be considered for the purchase of the vehicle. Almost two weeks later, I noticed the automobile was still posted on Cars.co.za. I opted to submit an application through Cars.co.za. I later received a call from Toyota Tyger valley informing me that the automobile was available. I stated that I was interested but assumed the car had been sold; I was then asked who I had dealt with and told that they would investigate and get back to me. They called back 5 minutes later and said they were waiting for finance; I said surely it doesn't take two weeks. I was then told that the intending purchaser does not have a driver's license; I agreed that banks would not finance without one. Then I was told that the person is married in community of property, and that is the issue. I inquired why the vehicle was still being advertised. I was told that it will be promoted for as long as the purchaser's financing takes for approval.

I have been contemplating if I should or should not write a review regarding an unpleasant situation at your dealership yesterday with one of their sales men. The fact that others (NMI staff and customers) overheard the rude sales man treating me like ‘dirt’ I decided to write a review Background: Yesterday I went to your show room to show my wife the double cab Hilux which is on the floor. I am in the market for a Double Cab or Fortuner. My main objective was to show my wife a Toyota Double Cab or a Fortuner to allow us to make up our mind which vehicle we need to tow our caravan later in the year (our new venture now that I am on retirement), get a quotation from the dealership and approach our bank for good deal. I explained to your sales man I would like information and figures but your rude sales man kept on pushing me by prompting in a load voice what it will cost me to make it happen today. He stated in closure I am waisting his time and he could loose out on another deal. He stood up and walked over to his colleague. I was speechless and never felt to badly treated and went home with the though of this rude person hanging over me almost the whole afternoon. This morning I actually realized I am the customer and if he lost out on a deal so would NMI. Be aware of this dealership! If you would like to be treated like dirt approach them!

NMI TOYOTA TYGERVALLEY dealership in Bellville I have booked in my Toyota Fortuner at NMI Toyota NMI for a service on 12/01/2023. When I went to collect my car there was oil hand marks on the bonnets, at back of the car big black spots and on the drivers, side mat a big white spot which looked like bird **** or handy Andy. The car was not checked in, in this condition. I informed the service advisor “Dale”. He mentioned that there was another complaint about the same issue and the general manager will contact me. I took a video at Toyota showing the problems which I am not able to attached here? I can email it if needed. No one called me back. Monday 16/01/2023 I had the normal how was the service call from JHB. I mentioned that I am disappointed and no one called me back. The lady said someone will call me back which also never happened. The amount Toyota Tygervalley ask for a service and the service level you get, does not match up in my opinion. I will not service my car again at NMI TOYOTA TYGERVALLEY.

Zero rating for Toyota Tygervalley. Zero pride in their work, from the Service Manager to the service advisors to the mechanics in the workshop. Zero communication, if you need info you need to follow up and phone. Spilled green 'aircon dye' ????? (WHY?????) over the engin. The excuse was 'a matter of fact' as if all cars leave the workshop with a Grinch in the engin. Then the car returned to be steamcleaned and I received it back with gunk spilled over the lights. Again as per the service manager that is 'normal'. The only real thing in this ordeal was the very steap bill I had to pay. Useless is a too a good a word to use for this bunch.
