NMI TOYOTA TYGERVALLEY dealership in Bellville I have booked in my Toyota Fortuner at NMI Toyota NMI for a service on 12/01/2023. When I went to collect my car there was oil hand marks on the bonnets, at back of the car big black spots and on the drivers, side mat a big white spot which looked like bird **** or handy Andy. The car was not checked in, in this condition. I informed the service advisor “Dale”. He mentioned that there was another complaint about the same issue and the general manager will contact me. I took a video at Toyota showing the problems which I am not able to attached here? I can email it if needed. No one called me back. Monday 16/01/2023 I had the normal how was the service call from JHB. I mentioned that I am disappointed and no one called me back. The lady said someone will call me back which also never happened. The amount Toyota Tygervalley ask for a service and the service level you get, does not match up in my opinion. I will not service my car again at NMI TOYOTA TYGERVALLEY.
VERY BAD SERVICE - ADT It is not in my nature to complain on Face Book but for Fidelity ADT on the West Coast I will make an exception. We have a holiday house in Dwarskersbos and joined ADT October 2021. Since installation things did not go well. When we installed the alarm, there was miscommunication with the quote. The verbal quote and invoice were not the same. They are building new houses in the area so I asked more than three times that ADT show presence. This was done on email and by phone. According to the local neighborhood watch, patrol did not increase. Apparently, there is one car for ST Helena Bay, Port Owen, Laaiplek, Veldrift and Dwarskersbos? After there were burglaries, I asked again but no luck. In Sonkring Brackenfell we are paying less than half of what ADT is asking and we have a dedicated car in the area. The cherry on top …ADT deducted more than my monthly debit order. I called multiple times to sort out. They promised someone will call me back. It never happened. I decided to call them one more time and promised to share my bad experience on Face Book. Suddenly the manager called me and the credit was issued. It seems when you complain politely nothing happens. We have less than 1 year left with our ADT contract. We will most definitely leave them after the contract period.
