Very bad experience on a claim.
My vehicle is insuresld by old mutual, never have i had such a bad experience. I was in an accident november 2022 and still to today my vehicle is not ready.parts supp**** by old mutual, wrong parts fitted,very cheap parts fitted and the list goes on.also the 3rd party property damage ia still not sorted out. Very very bad service from old mutual.Would highly not recommend them for any body who cares about there vehicles.

Flood damages not repaired
I've been with budget for 4 years now and never claimed anything except windscreens. I got flood related damages on my bakkie recently and bakkie was send to auto magic. After almost 2 months I got a sms to collect vehicle and that damages was repaired. When collecting vehicle there was still several damages to the vehicle. Auto magic just said that budget refuses to approve, although all damages is related to this accident. Very disspointed client.
