Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing for me, and I believe it's important to bring it to the attention of both the company and potential customers. I initially engaged with Torque IT for a self-paced course and an associated exam. As part of our agreement, I explicitly requested that they hold the funds for the exam voucher and refrain from purchasing it until I confirmed my readiness. when I requested them to buy the voucher they told me that they bought the voucher long time ago and it has expired already. The worst part is that they don't want to refund me my money

Trying to get someone to send me info and quote is a hassle. No one is responding to calls or returning my calls or emails for the whole flipping week. Torque IT is not responding to queries from the time you request a quote, during training and post training. When I requested a quote they took their time in providing it. I had to follow up multiple times. I eventually attended training in October now I am struggling to get the right course vouchers and training attendance sent to me. I am sending emails and no response.

So I've started a refund process for an AZ-104 course (still doing 3 exams with Torque IT) on the 22nd of August. It's the 15th and after numerous contact attempts with the agents I've been given a number of excuses. The Finance department has taken more than 2 weeks to come back to me just to tell me they need a bank stamped statement from me in order to do a refund. NEVER have I been asked for something this extreme and then I get told that the refund could take up to 10 business days. It's technically been 19 business days since I've requested the refund and the process in only STARTING now with some bogus claim that I need a stamped bank statement to get back MY money. PS: The agent that helped me is very helpful and I wish nothing but good for her but this company is doing business in a sloppy manner. In the future I will do my other exams through a different exam provider.

The lady I emailed was so helpful and nice. She quoted me on an exam and I asked her multiple times if this is the correct exam and she said multiple times that it is the correct exam just to find out this morning that the amount paid is incorrect because she did indeed quote me for the wrong exam. This is unacceptable you cant play with people's money like that!
