Its really 10 Jan 2026. Myself and my siblings at Menlyn Mall standard bank and we have been here for 3 hrs to open a social/ stokvel account and left without beng helped. I had to even go check the FNB bcos wow what is this? The service is fvcked up. Standard bank fix this
My daughter is supposed to go for a day surgery for her eye cyst, the dr requested an authorisation since start of August. Everytime when we call they tell us it wa sent for review this Friday, we must give them atleast 2-3 days first week we were told the same thing every week. I call again today ( 01/09/2025) morning, they are telling me the same thing. This is a new plan, new account, we were still prorated, but WHY CANT YOU JUST SAY WE WAITING FOR THE FIRST PREMIUM SO THAT WE KNOW WHY IS DELAYING!!!. Discovery hs been good to my family for the longest time, you have my daughter medical history for crying out loud. whats the hold up. SHe is in pain everyday, these eye cyst are visible and its affecting her self esteem. DISCOVERY YOU CAN DO BETTER FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

As a result, I left the restaurant without my food, feeling frustrated and disheartened, especially since I paid for the order. I work in one of the companies at route 21 corporate park, nellmapius in Irene. This Morning we had an encounter where by apparently whn we enter the complex if your car licence disc is expired, you cant enter or that car cant go through. I was late, No communication was sent to all the companies. I have been working there for the past 5 years, things were running smooth . All of the sudden a security company decides to block motorist to enter. I know its not in their jurisdiction to block the motorist bcos of the expired car licence disc. This has caused a lot of commotion at the gate and most of the people were late bcos someone just woke up and decided a rule thinking they can just do it. This is bull****. Security companies have NO JURISDICTIONS TO BLOCK MOTORIST BECAUSE OF THEIR CAR LICENCE DISC.

She mention that we will get the documents by 12pm, 12pm passes and I called again around 14:00 she said we will get the documents by end of business day, Wow, She keeps on postponing telling us that she is composing the document. I would like to complain about this KFC Waterglen branch. It should be open at 7.00am according to their trading time but most of the time at 7: 15, even 07:30am is still close. On this day 21 July 2023 we did drive thru and still it was not open and they always tell you that there are still warming up the oil. this is a big establishment for a branch to give such excuses. if they know that oil takes time to be hot then they must start at 6 am. Its their work and they know the oil takes long to be hot yet they still start late. This need to be sorted. cant have such excuses when you want breakfast they tell you "Re sa futumetsa mafura". bullsh*t
Dear All networks I am writing on this asking exactly what is happening with networks at Tsakane? I am an event coordinator and have card machines that we use to operate/ for payments. I wont say exactly which machine bcos you guys will move the blame to the machine. cos i know in another nearby areas the machines work just fine. Most business are suffering bcos of this thing, Kindly explain what it happening with your towers in Tsakane? Tsakane is very close to KwaThema and Duduza they are separated by just a street, but when you go to Duduza and KwaThema Network is working just fine. This has been going on for so many year it must stop. It needs to be fixed; Im sure if it was in the suburban areas this was going to fix long time ago. Angithi vele ikasi is your last priorities. The majority is the one supporting your products, but yet you neglect them. Our businesses are suffering bcos the network are not sufficient to operate in that area. Kindly fix this
