I've been trying to get my settlement letter since Tuesday. The first person I called said I have to go into the branch to get it. The second person said they would help me and I got a reference number, STILL no settlement. I called yesterday, I was told they'll ask the person handling my settlement to send it through to me. I asked for the settlement on my Revolving Credit and my Credit card yet I've only received the reference for the Revolving Credit. Now it's Thursday, no settlement letter. I called capitec and got my settlement within 30 seconds. I've never seen a bank so scared of getting their money back.
The worst service I've gotten from a courier company to date. My parcel was supposed to be here on the 23rd, I wasn't told I need my ID despite me coming out of my house with my phone on which he called me. They rescheduled for the 24th where they took my parcel to the COMPLETE wrong address. Today is the 25th and I called only to hear my parcel isn't out for delivery because they had to change the address? How does that make sense considering they were at my house on the 23rd? They also said there's nothing they can do to get my parcel to me. Another note is the managers said they would call me back on the 24th but I didn't get any phone calls whatsoever and I had to call in to find out what's going on. Do not use these people. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
So I've started a refund process for an AZ-104 course (still doing 3 exams with Torque IT) on the 22nd of August. It's the 15th and after numerous contact attempts with the agents I've been given a number of excuses. The Finance department has taken more than 2 weeks to come back to me just to tell me they need a bank stamped statement from me in order to do a refund. NEVER have I been asked for something this extreme and then I get told that the refund could take up to 10 business days. It's technically been 19 business days since I've requested the refund and the process in only STARTING now with some bogus claim that I need a stamped bank statement to get back MY money. PS: The agent that helped me is very helpful and I wish nothing but good for her but this company is doing business in a sloppy manner. In the future I will do my other exams through a different exam provider.
I ordered a pizza by order 90025 - 2 hours was the waiting time in which case I just never heard from the store again. I provided 3 numbers to which they can contact me. Never will domino's see my support again. I work a 12 hour shift and I will be sitting this shift hungry - the best of it all is that the shop is a 1 minute drive away from my work.
Honestly the worst Fibre company in the country. I've logged a ticket to have a line upgraded from a 20/20 to a 100/100. I logged it on Monday. It's now FRIDAY and I called up during the week. The company didn't bother to let us know how far along the ticket is. Now EVERY agent is giving me a different answer regarding this. I WANT TO PAY YOU MORE, WHY IS IT SO HARD TO UPGRADE THE LINE? Honestly, if anyone wants to go to Cell C fibre, don't waste your time. Go to a real provider and stay away from this garbage company.
