So I've started a refund process for an AZ-104 course (still doing 3 exams with Torque IT) on the 22nd of August. It's the 15th and after numerous contact attempts with the agents I've been given a number of excuses.
The Finance department has taken more than 2 weeks to come back to me just to tell me they need a bank stamped statement from me in order to do a refund.
NEVER have I been asked for something this extreme and then I get told that the refund could take up to 10 business days.
It's technically been 19 business days since I've requested the refund and the process in only STARTING now with some bogus claim that I need a stamped bank statement to get back MY money.
PS: The agent that helped me is very helpful and I wish nothing but good for her but this company is doing business in a sloppy manner.
In the future I will do my other exams through a different exam provider.
