After alot of phone calls and email i still ja e nit recieved a refun are they keeping our money for intrest i the bank????
After my fisrt review they **** and said it is all sorted. After 3 weeks still no refund. After phoning to be told they do not have my banking details. I think it is completely unprofessional and pathetic the way they handle the situation I am now forced to reverse my debit orders and that will be the way that I get my money back as they simply do not care
This was the worst experience I’ve had with them in the three years that I’ve been with them I submitted the claim and was told it takes 10 business days to refund but if your debit order bounces they phoned you the next day it is pathetic that you have to wait so long for them to pay you back
Nedbank how can i start. Online you promise fast personal loans??? My Car is financed with you i have a bank account and credit card with you…. So hence you have all my details. I had a emergency specialist appointment and had to get cash fast, you on your app say 100% everything is approved we just have to double check a few things this may take up to 90 minutes, 9 hours later i see on the app its all done, i phoned the next morning only to be told it is not and you still need to verify a couple of things and you will call me back by 11am 1 pm bo call so i call again and then im told everything will be sorted by 3 at 4 i call only to be told it will be sorted in the next 24 to 48 hours????? What is fast about it??? No reason why was given. I think its easier to get a loan from Cash crusaders thank Nedbank.
I had great service better than I ever expected i contacted Junior the afternoon about a car and the next day at 3pm I collected my car. It was in great condition and Junior informed me that it is almost due for a service and that he would take care of it. And it is done also with small minor issues i had. Great service and thank you Junior for the experience, I would recommend dealing with him anytime.
Good day. I have been with Standard bank for years now. I have had ucount reward for a long time too. I had over 6000 point when i was told my account was nkt paid and closed down. After that i phoned and asked please just take the debit oder as i dont have a problem with paying as i am using the service i was then told my email adres was not updated. After a while they have seen rhey did not toke my debit order of R300 for three years. And that my emai adres was indeed updated. I have just upgraded my standard bank account to a prestige account but will be closing my account with standard bank just for this reason.
Our wifi has been down mire than we can say. We dont get any help from this company. I run a online company and still we have nothing. No help no reply nothing. We cant cancel as they have a monopoly in our area.
I have app**** for a personal loan online only to be contacted to upgrade my account and sell me a credit card. When i phone to ask about the loan i get told it will be taken up and they are waiting for documents. The documents i sent a week back. So doing things online takes longer than going into the branch as no one kniw whats going on.
I have been waiting for claims to be dealt with but no one can help me. i have sent my claim form more than a couple of times. i have been hanaded over to lawyers you you dont seem to get back to me or help
