I got an Alert from my Credit Bureau that there was an Enquiry from from this company with my ID number, and when I enquired, they said it was system error. Like how is this even possible
Got my fiber installed 3 months ago, and I have been struggling to get my statements, it's like my account doesn't exist, every time I speak to a consultant, they say they will raise it with finance department. Worst service ever

I called into MBD Attoneys to request for my balance on my MTN account and they told me it was R5098.00 on 25/10/2019 it was a friday. i then paid R1500 on the 25/10/2019 and R3600 on 28/10/2019 which amount to R5100.00. I then called few days later to ask why my account is not closed after paying the balance and the consultant told me i still owe R440, they explain to me that is the fee for my payments. they charged me R200+ for every single payment i made. according to this i can never finish paying my account cause they charge me every time for making a payment. This is true a scam, please help me report this.
I have been working for Standard bank for 3 years, in October I started working in a new company, I called standard bank in November to request my Debit order date to be changed to 21 of every months. The consultant told me its fine they will do the change. then in December they debited my account on the wrong date, I thought maybe its because of the many holidays, then in January it happened again, I then called the bank, apparently there was no request logged from my side and they charged for R110 for failed debit order. I then log another request to change my debit order, the consultant gave me query number 7007927572, after a week I received a voice mail and sms that my query is been resolved. February my debit order goes off on the 15 it fails and they charge me R110 again. I call the bank ask why. they tell me lot of stories that they have changed the date to wrong debit order date and I need to call again once my account is up to date and log another request. they gave another query number promised to return the charges. March The same thing happens. I now do know were to go or who to speak to. my request seems to be impossible to do
