This companies service has become annoying and the most disgusting , firstly their agents are calling me and when i answer they hang up the calls , secondly they never respind to cliebts emails , i have their numbers saved and can see exactly which agents are calling me and when i email them they ignore me who does such things ? How can they calk clients than hang up on them , then ignore their emails .

I sent them an email regarding my loan application. I addressed it to the SUPPORT MANAGER. A consultant answered the email. I responded that my email was addressed to the SUPPORT MANAGER. I got another response from another consultant. I responded and asked whether he is the SUPPORT MANAGER. The thing is they are so UNPROFESSIONAL, they do not put their job title on their email. This is part of good Email Etiquette, which is clear, the consultants have not been trained in. To date, no response from the SUPPORT MANAGER.

if there is one company that will dissapoiny you by giving the worst service to clients its boodle ,they take years to respond ,they tell you that you qualify for a l9an that after applying they just leave you hanging to response or correspondence, i regret joining them .

I paid up Boodle on the 26th March 2026. I requested for paid up letters and was told to update my email address which was done. I called yet again and was told to send a screenshot shot as the matter needs to be escalated to their IT department. Please send me the paid up letters
