I paid up Boodle on the 26th March 2026. I requested for paid up letters and was told to update my email address which was done. I called yet again and was told to send a screenshot shot as the matter needs to be escalated to their IT department. Please send me the paid up letters
I paid up my account in March and requested that the Game store card account to be closet. I've called 3 times and I keep getting told it's being processed. I want the card closed immediately

I'm so disappointed. I went for my first mammogram in November 2024 and my doctor requested for a follow up 6 months later as there were cysts and think tissue in my left breast. In May 2025 I went back and the mass is now more prominent than before . She then wanted me to go for a MRI scan and she can't see clearly. The risk assessment makes me average therefore I can't have the scan. I'm not able to say if my mom had breast cancer, because she died at 40 nor my sister because she died at 11. The emotional turmoil of waiting and not knowing if you are okay or not is too much. Or my referring doctor is clearly crazy for asking for these tests that a computer program without doing any physical tests can tell that I don't need any further assessment
I had an accident with a Santam clients, so essentially this is a Third party claim. The claim number is 215650618. I have been waiting from March to get my car sorted out. This is disappointing. I will never consider Santam as an insurer for my own vehicle
I deposited money and it didn't reflect in my account using Cspitec Pay. I called in and was told to send a screen shot from the app and call again in a few minutes which I did. I was told that the proof of payment is required in pdf which I'm not able to download for capitec pay transactions. Then this query was escalated. It's been almost 60 hours already

Hi, Yesterday I placed a bet on top Batsman and selected Kyle Verreyne . The bat was yesterday 1 February 2024 and the match was on the same date. I went to live chat to enquire why it's still pending and was told that my ticket is for the 2nd of February 2024 which is today. First things first I didn't select a date, I entered by bet amount, secondly Pretoria Capitals, the team that Kyle plays for us not playing today. Please explain to me what is happening.
