I would like to express my disappointment in the service received from momentum; I am currently exiting the fund and requested 100% of the vested portion to be paid to my account and the retirement balance to be transferred to my new fund administrator, however up till his point after I have been advised that payout of my 100% vested amount would be paid into my account within 5 to 7 business days, this is still not the case, when I track my claim the system states that I am not exiting the fund, when I called in to query it the lady advised me of some sort of mistake, I need this to be urgently delt with as according to my statement the fund amount is increasing and I left my previous employer FNB almost 3 months ago, I just need clarity on the payout of my funds , The service is PATHETIC!!!!P ID: 9005115123085 Contact 0847896768

I have had loan long ago with Boodle nd they still dont want to update my report they refuse to make the accout paid up evn though i had paid them along time ago.pls if u want to protect ur score never take a loan from boodle biggest ****mers
Im really upset with Capitec i have paid up an account years ago and they still keep debit my account but the account was paid up.they evn sent me an email to prove its paid up years later they start debiting an evn higher amount then suppose to.this needs to stop as i dnt evn use the account being debited and this is also against popi act as there was no debi check for this debit order
I bought a phone at the fix South gatetook it back because phone was giving me problems apon taking it back they sent the phone to one of there cell phone repair stores .nd wantd to over charge me to fix thr phone.i rejected it and said gve the phne back now they wna charge me courier fees to bring the phone back and the rejection fee which is ridiculous which i never signed any document to except those fees.i just want my phone bck its been 2 months now nd the service i recieve is very poor.i strongly recommend that people dont buy phones from thm because u will be sent from person to person nd be left stranded.worst service ever

I get a call from my friend telling me i owe these people money.these people have no right to share my business my credit with my friends or family members they are so desperate and will tell your business to the world i obviously changed my number nd they can rather ask people for my contact number thing is they quick to tell ur business out im mean im unemployed nd have no money so instead of contacting me and sharing my business with other people first find out who u talking to people like things and will listen. Nimble group wants to charge collection fees on my accouny account if i owe a certain service provider money they have no right to charge me collection fees on my account thats there business this collection companies are really ridiculous they just wanna mess up our lives. Wen i pay nothing the account stays the same when i pay then they wanna charge me. So i wont pay nothing until i hve the full money then.
I have a contract with vodacom lost my job and couldn't pay them when i eventually paid them the arrears they telling me my number was deleted from vodacom and that i must pay them the full amount outstanding but i dont work anymore vodacom is impossible because how must i get there whole amount and what about the airtime they not gna give me that amount x whatever months i owe im upset nd if this is the case then its fine keep ur number ill get a new number from a better network nd whenever i have money will pay the rest so bye...................... Worst mistake ever
