please help i am trying to do an application and getting no assitance
I made a payment to settle one of my loans and my payment has still jot reflected yet it was fnb to fnb emails have been sent with proof of payment and settlement amount valid till today but account not closed. Loan Ref 3068268322. I would like this account to be closed today. I will not be answering any calls and will only correspond via email.
I went online and requested a settlement amount which I received and paid in full, when I logged on my profile the account was not closed however stated that I still have to pay yet the amount on the settlement quote was paid and it was paid immediately after receiving the settlement quote proof of payment was even emailed to them to advise that it was settled and I want the account closed. I have emailed them my query as well. I want this account closed as I did settle the account in full on time and don't see why I must pay extra when the amount given is what I paid. This is very disappointing as I am a loyal customer
I have done an application online have submitted my documents, I have done what is required, but still nothing done, I have tried to contact the number provided but no response I have sent several emails but still nothing
I was informed that my parcel would be delivered today and that was not the case I received another email that the courier company tried to deliver my parcel and they were not able to find me but no body tried to deliver nor did they contact me at all
I am very disappointed with Shein turn around time this time. As normally delivery of my parcel is delivered in a week it has been a week already and still have not received my Parcel. Gettinf hold of the courier company Buffalo is such a nightmare not able too... Like really need this parcel urgently before the end of this week
I recently placed an order with Shein, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing for the first time ever. Despite placing my order a week ago, I have yet to receive my parcel, while others who ordered at the same time have already received theirs. What's even more disheartening is the lack of responsiveness from Shein's logistics partner, Buffalo. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for assistance, I have received no response, leaving me stranded with no information about the whereabouts of my order. The absence of effective communication from Buffalo is truly concerning. As someone who urgently needs their parcel before the end of this week, the lack of progress and assistance is unacceptable. Overall, this experience has severely tarnished my perception of Shein's reliability and customer service. I expected better from a company of their stature. I sincerely hope that they address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
<p>i applied for a personal loan with bruma finance on Monday already. i was informed to send my doucments and relevent information. which i did. the appplicatn was sent for re-assesment and was informed by ********** (Happy Lephuthing ) that the application was succesful and they will be in contact with me. i then recieved a call from PORTIA which she was from the credit/valdiations department, she advised that she is trying to confirm employment but they advised that they dont do it on the phone , she advised me to get that information from my HR , she did not provide me with a contact number or email address and informed i should email Happy Lephuthing directly with the information. i requested the doucments from HR and was correpsonding with Happy Lephuthing he calls back but takes very long and does not respond to my email although the service from him has been great . i recieved a email from my HR advising that the 3rd party which is Bruma finance should request the information they sent me a link which they should use to get it. i emailed this link to Happy Lephuthing and no feedback was provided the whole of thursday they did not give me any feedback even though i emailed more then once and all emailes are availble to check. i even sent my work contract through as well which Happy Lephuthing confirmed that he recieved. portia called me again and advised that they are still waiting for the confirmation of employment i informed her of what HR said and asked if she can give me a email address that i can emial it , cause it was sent to Happy Lephuthing she advised no it is okay i should try and get the letter and email to Happy Lephuthing i escalated the matter to my HR for them to assit in emailing the letter to Happy Lephuthing they managed to that yesterday morning. i waited from 08:00 till 12:00 after sending emails to confirm if it was recieved. Happy Lephuthing called me and advised the letter was not suppose to email to him but directly to portia and that he does not have autorization to send it through to her which i felt is ****** cause if you working for the same company you should have email address to send that informatin out or provide me with one so that i could send it. i informed him of what portia said and told him that this now a delay cause information is not provided correctly to me and that is unafair. he advised that he would escalate the matter to his team leader and get back to me. i emailed the confirmation of employment to numeoure emails address that i had for bruma but no one got back to me. i called in 3 times and they put me on hold for a hour and then dont get back to me. Happy Lephuthing called and advised that he had escalated the matter i informed him that this really bad cause i did what i was told and now i am informed that it was not right and now it delaying my application. he advised that he did escalate it i tod him i want feedback by 16:30 yesterday, his team leader did call and they informed me that the matter is escalated and he will give me a call by 10:00 today i told them i would like this to be sorted out today............. i am just really angry and maybe laying a complaint on hello peter will get my matter sorted out today for me</p>
<p>i applied for a Bruma Finacne account. I sent all the nessary documents and was advised by the consultant Happy Lephuthing that my application has been sent for processing . There after i received a call from a lady by the name of Portia who firstly does not provide me with any of her details advising that i should get my confirmation of employment and email it through. i advsied that i am dealing with Happy Lephuthing and she advised that i can email this doucment directly to him. she did not leave me with her email address and contact details at all. i requested for this confirmation from my HR , they first advised me the 3rd party has to go onto the link to request the doucments with my personal information. i emailed that to Happy Lephuthing and did not get any feedback from anyone from bruma only after a few emails. Portia then called again i advised her of the above and she said that the moment i have it i must email it i asked her for the email address where i should send the link and once the letter is recieved on my side will try and email it as well . she advised that i should send it to Happy Lephuthing i managed to get the letter. and When i did email it to Happy Lephuthing that is when my problem started Happy Lephuthing called me and let me say he is trying to assist and help me sort the matter out. he advised that the letter can not be emailed to him it needs to be emailed to the credit department /validations. i asked for a email address and advised what portia told me he cold not not provide me with a email address for them or a contact number for portia. he advsied that he would escalate the matter that was at 12:00 yesterday and informed me that he would give me feedback. i sent numerouse emails to him to the sales and customer service called in trice which everytime they put me on hold for hours and dont get back to me. evnetually Happy Lephuthing called me again i explained my anger to him and how frustrating this matter is . he advised that he would get feedback as he escalated i informed him that i would like a call back from a teaml leader at 16:30 his team leader called and advised that my application is escalated cause the only thing that they are waiting for to process with my application is the confimration of employment which was emailed to them a numerouse of times. Happy Lephuthing team leader advised that he would give me feedback by 10:00 today i hope this matter is sorted out , the service that is provided by BRUMA is so sad and annoying</p> <p> </p>
