placed an order with Shein and specifically requested that they use Buffalo Logistics for delivery. Unfortunately, one individual who clearly does not understand their job ignored this request and instead chose the useless Asendia. As a result, I am now stuck dealing with the ************* DPD Laser. We spend our hard-earned money only to end up begging for our parcels to be delivered. This is unacceptable. Shein needs to do better in choosing reliable logistics partners, or they will lose customers who are tired of this constant mess

With my first experience as a Shein customer, I am very unhappy with their service. Two months back i had made a big purchase, where I was happy with most of my purchases except for the things I got my daughter. It was too small. I returned the items in less than 7 days of my purchase, a month later I still haven't heard anything from them or the couriers, iMILE. I contacted them again, spoke to the consultant who had the audacity to tell me i returned the items "too late" i told her to go and check when I app**** for the returned of the items. She helped me log another return. Its been two weeks, and I am stuck with merchandise of R3000. The courier has never contacted me either. I am disgusted with Shein and their bad customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

I had used shein for an order and I have not received it so I messaged them then they said me to wait 7 days and I have so after 7 days I messaged them back they said me wait 3 days and I have then they kept telling me the same thing I dont know what to do anymore

I have made an online purchase from Shein and an item which I paid for was not sent in my package, meaning my package arrived with a missing item.I escalated this to their relevant department and so sad for the pass week they have been prolonging this case and insisting that I must do a follow up with THEIR logistics provider. How is this my responsibility has THEIR customer? I'm very disappointed has a long term loyal Shein customer with their assistance. Irrelevant to the cost of the item that's missing, this is scary for customers who buy expensive Items which could also go missing and this will be the sad response from Shein. Furthermore I purchased toddlers shoes and clothes which was advertised for 2/3 year old ,but arrived fitting a six month old baby. Unfortunately for me again no exchange or refund on those items. What should I do with does items? Very disappointed and will certainly not be supporting Shein in the future has they have not given me no joy with their sad assistantance.

Shein takes forever to refund your money. How on earth can they sell clothes which may not fit so you return it and then you wait forever for your refund and you cannot get hold of them. It is absolutely unacceptable. They are keeping what is mine. This will be the last time I will ever order from Shein.

Shein has had my returned parcel for 6 business days and refuses to refund. Order details: Ticket #2155547 Escalation Ticket: GAZTK3USAW65WPW Waybill: AC0001331891 DPD Laser Proof: 1. Parcel refused 13-May-2026 and 14-May-2026 2. Finalized as RTS AS PER CLIENT 18-May-2026 07:57 3. Shein advised of RTS 21-May-2026 4. Account: DZCBSHEIN 5. Ops Status: Finalized Shein’s return policy states refund within 1-3 days of warehouse scan. Today is 6 business days since RTS. What Shein did: 1. Chat agent Andrade refused to provide case number 2. Chat was closed with “unable to continue” script when I asked for escalation 3. Email replies are bouncing/blocking attachments I have full DPD proof that Shein received the parcel back under their DZCBSHEIN account. They are in breach of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Resolution required: Full refund to original payment method within 24 hours. If not resolved, I am filing with the National Consumer Commission and Banking Ombudsman. Kefilwe

As to why SHEIN is still using Buffalo express South Africa I really don’t understand, they don’t deliver hope but hopelessness. I guess it proves just how much they don’t value their customers. It’s SHEIN that appoints couriers not customers, so why should it be the customer’s problem to deal with an *********** courier company they chose. The anxiety this company is giving people is really unprecedentedly bad. Customers don’t have to be dealing with all the stress that comes with them but SHEIN is forcing them on us.
