With my first experience as a Shein customer, I am very unhappy with their service. Two months back i had made a big purchase, where I was happy with most of my purchases except for the things I got my daughter. It was too small.
I returned the items in less than 7 days of my purchase, a month later I still haven't heard anything from them or the couriers, iMILE.
I contacted them again, spoke to the consultant who had the audacity to tell me i returned the items "too late" i told her to go and check when I app**** for the returned of the items. She helped me log another return. Its been two weeks, and I am stuck with merchandise of R3000. The courier has never contacted me either. I am disgusted with Shein and their bad customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.
