With my first experience as a Shein customer, I am very unhappy with their service. Two months back i had made a big purchase, where I was happy with most of my purchases except for the things I got my daughter. It was too small. I returned the items in less than 7 days of my purchase, a month later I still haven't heard anything from them or the couriers, iMILE. I contacted them again, spoke to the consultant who had the audacity to tell me i returned the items "too late" i told her to go and check when I app**** for the returned of the items. She helped me log another return. Its been two weeks, and I am stuck with merchandise of R3000. The courier has never contacted me either. I am disgusted with Shein and their bad customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.
I had a complaint regarding a ***** case I had logged in July 2024. FNB did get back to me with a lousy email stating that there was no transactions against my account. The investigator was on the case again and it has not been fruitful. Money was ****** from my account, it shows the transactions on my bank statement and when I speak to the consultants they say that the transactions are pending on their side. My question is, how long will the transaction still be pending for, I have done everything I needed to do. Logged the call spoke to probably every consultant and still nothing.. So I was de*****ed of my monies and just accept that FNB will not assist me.. I regret that FNB has not been of any help to me for the last two months, you guys just don't care about your clients and this is very evident.
I am so disappointed in the way FNB is handling the ***** case I have logged last month already. I have called as they said I could call back, which I did, since they're supposed to be done with their review / investigation. I then end up having their consultants "transferring" ultimately dropping my call or making me wait for a long time. They keep escalating to the investigator and i still receive no feedback, in over a month.. This could possibly be one of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. They're so nice when asking you to join the bank, but they are not at all of any help over the phone. So now we as FNB clients have to be so afraid when reporting ***** or even being a victim of *****, because they will never get back to me. I am really so disappointed
