Shein Ignore Clients's Request

placed an order with Shein and specifically requested that they use Buffalo Logistics for delivery. Unfortunately, one individual who clearly does not understand their job ignored this request and instead chose the useless Asendia. As a result, I am now stuck dealing with the ************* DPD Laser.

We spend our hard-earned money only to end up begging for our parcels to be delivered. This is unacceptable. Shein needs to do better in choosing reliable logistics partners, or they will lose customers who are tired of this constant mess
