placed an order with Shein and specifically requested that they use Buffalo Logistics for delivery. Unfortunately, one individual who clearly does not understand their job ignored this request and instead chose the useless Asendia. As a result, I am now stuck dealing with the ************* DPD Laser. We spend our hard-earned money only to end up begging for our parcels to be delivered. This is unacceptable. Shein needs to do better in choosing reliable logistics partners, or they will lose customers who are tired of this constant mess
Asendia has proven to be completely unprofessional and not trustworthy. I had a Shein parcel handled by them, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The parcel simply does not move you end up waiting forever with no progress or communication. What makes this worse is that Shein continues to use Asendia despite their poor service. It’s baffling why a major retailer would rely on a company that consistently fails to deliver. Asendia should honestly close down their operations in South Africa because they are not working for us here. Customers deserve reliable service, and Asendia has shown they cannot provide it.
I recently had a Shein delivery handled by DPD Laser, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They falsely claimed that my address was incomplete, which is simply not true. This same address has been used for deliveries before without any issues. It’s clear that DPD Laser is hiding their lack of capacity and poor service behind these false claims. Instead of taking responsibility, they shift the blame onto customers. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. People should stop supporting this business or any other companies that choose to use them as a delivery partner. Reliable service matters, and DPD Laser has proven they cannot provide it.
Wow Let the Good Times roll and sticky dates always sold old. I mean you know there is a demand for your products yet you are failing to meet demand!!! It’s not possible , it’s been a year already come on. Get it together. It’s like you are trying to make it exclusive .
Took my microwave after it had stopped heating food. I was told the repair will take 6 weeks. To my surprise that is never communicated when we purchase the appliances no where on the invoice or slip. You take the microwave what do you expect your customer to use in the mean time. It only says repairs, replace or refund and the choice lays with me not the store . I’ve returned products and it was replaced same with other stores. You call them you are being taken from pillar to post. The minute you finally connect you to the right people they are dismissive telling you they will tell Sufism or Sbusiso to follow up with the manufacturer . It’s been 2 weeks without my defy microwave which I bought cash!!! Makro Centurion is the worst in everything. A few of us returned things that day , one guy was even fighting with them. We need a store that can compete with them.
Worst service provider to ever exist. My mom’s package is stuck with them. He haven’t received any communication regarding customs !!! We still waiting for our SHEIN order which was supposed to be delivered on the 16 July 2024. Clueless people . They are contributing to South Africa’s economy’s down fall.
Still waiting for my order . They keep returning the order to the warehouse. Clueless people if you ask me.
Worst company . SHEIN must stop using them . Very rude agents too. Useless bunch who are ***********. They need to close shop !! Useless
