SHEIN IS TO BLAME
As to why SHEIN is still using Buffalo express South Africa I really don’t understand, they don’t deliver hope but hopelessness. I guess it proves just how much they don’t value their customers. It’s SHEIN that appoints couriers not customers, so why should it be the customer’s problem to deal with an *********** courier company they chose. The anxiety this company is giving people is really unprecedentedly bad. Customers don’t have to be dealing with all the stress that comes with them but SHEIN is forcing them on us.

TAKEALOT THE *****
I will never in my life buy anything from takealot again because of the treatment I received from them. Takealot delivered an item of less quality than the one I ordered so I returned it for the one I ordered. They sent me an email that they don’t have it in stock and have credited my takealot account with less money than I paid. They did not refund the money I paid for delivery and I told them that I refuse to pay for their mistake because the money was for them to deliver the item to me and it’s not my fault that they delivered the wrong item. I don’t have the item and now I must loose money for nothing. On top of that they decided that they are not going to credit my money back into my bank account but into my takealot account. Who do they think they are to decide with my money. Who told them that I still want to spend my money on takealot. I just want my money in my bank account so we can part ways in peace. I have sent them emails after email they don’t respond. The good thing about an email is that it’s proof that you made contact and you were ignored.

TAKEALOT HAS LOST THE GAME
Takealot is now charging delivery even for orders over R500. When Amazon is not charging delivery even for orders less than R500. I purchased two items for R468 on Amazon and they were delivered the following day for free. On takealot you pay for delivery and wait for days for a delivery. Takealot needs to wake up.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
One thing I love about SHEIN is the fact that they value their customers and they are constantly improving and that is what sets them apart from the rest.
