I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled by Spur Grey Owl. After visiting the establishment, my vehicle was damaged and money intended for disability assistance was ****** from my car while parked on the premises. A police case has already been opened regarding the incident. What is most upsetting is the response I received from Spur Grey Owl. Instead of assisting further or taking accountability for customer safety concerns, I was simply told that I must deal directly with the landlord because the incident happened in the parking area. As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect me to pursue the landlord myself when I visited their business and used their facilities. The response gave the impression that Spur Grey Owl does not take responsibility for the safety and security of its customers, which is deeply concerning. I expected far more empathy, support, and willingness to assist from a well-known restaurant brand. This entire experience has caused financial and emotional distress, and the lack of meaningful assistance has only added to the frustration.

Thank you Cincinnati Spur in Pinelands for making my 94 year old Mom’s Birthday extra special. All we did was book a table for breakfast and the Spur staff did the rest. When we walked in there was ha huge “Happy Birthday” banner on our table decorated with a special table cloth. Out waiter went that extra mile by making sure Mom was treated extra special. She even fed Mom her desert after the staff rendered their unique birthday song for her. My 94 year old Mom cannot stop talking about her wonderful experience. Thank you Cincinnati Spur Pinelands!

Thank you Cincinnati Spur in Pinelands for making my 94 year old Mom’s Birthday extra special. All we did was book a table for breakfast and the Spur staff did the rest. I ordered Ribs and Wings last night and I received my order, halfway through eating I discovered used bones underneath my ribs (looks like they had been chewed on by someone else) I then went on and reported this received an apology and a fresh set of ribs but I did not consume them in the store and when I tried consuming them they smelt and tasted so burnt this ruined my family and I's experience of the restaurant

I want to spur maponya silver falcon today..and I ordered and rice and prawns and veggies..then they bought prawns first after 45 minutes after 20 minutes they bought veggies after 20 the brought rice..the prawns iyoh nightmare the lemon was too much on the saurce..after m almost done eating the bought my juice ..all my food were cold and bad ..apparently the person who was supposed to do my juice forgot about it ...it's was just bad ..I regret wasting my money

There were 5 of us, and when our food arrived on the requested hot plates, ****roaches crawled across our table. I literally jumped out of my seat and more appeared from the wooden boards at the table. Our entire evening was ruined. We alerted our waiter, who called the manager on duty, but instead of an apology or any empathy, we were asked where the ****roaches were coming from. My nephew left his contact details for management to follow up, but nobody called. He eventually had to call himself and spoke to Portia, who seemed more concerned about the store being shut down than about our experience. No apology, no warmth, and zero empathy. Safe to say we will never step foot in Promenade Spur again.

If I could give Wild Eagle Spur in Ruimsig a 10-star rating, I truly would. The manager, Owethu, shows remarkable sensitivity and care when handling concerns. When I received a meal that was slightly overcooked, I gently shared my disappointment, making it clear I was only providing feedback. Both the waitress Lee and Owethu sincerely apologized and promptly replaced my meal, reflecting their genuine dedication to ensuring customers feel valued and understood. This is the second time I have experienced such heartfelt service and attentiveness.

I recently visited Spur Steak Ranches at Loftus Park, and I just want to compliment the amazing service we received. We arrived a few minutes late for breakfast, but the owner still made a plan for us to enjoy breakfast without any hassle or negativity. That kind of customer service really stands out and was greatly appreciated. The food was fantastic, the vibe and atmosphere were great, and the restaurant is situated in a lovely area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. Thank you to the owner and team for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

I just got half chicken livers meal tasted good how ever when I was chewing, there was something hard, took it out thought it was a glass only to look into it looks like a broken took in my food this is disgusting, and I usually buy this meal at Spur and never had issues
