I just got half chicken livers meal tasted good how ever when I was chewing, there was something hard, took it out thought it was a glass only to look into it looks like a broken took in my food this is disgusting, and I usually buy this meal at Spur and never had issues
Teaches have been advised failed to contact parents via email and failed to call bullying matter, Good Day I trust this emails find you well, Dear Ms Ganie I am writing to formally report a serious concern regarding bullying involving of our daughter's. Its been reported but you failed to pay attention. We have been informed that they are being bul**** by a fellow learner, Buphiwe, in their class. This situation is causing distress, and we are particularly concerned about their safety, as the learner involved is physically stronger and the situation could escalate if not addressed promptly. We respectfully request that the school investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all learners involved. We believe it would be appropriate for the learner in question to be separated from the affected children while the investigation is ongoing. We would also like to request a meeting with the school and the parents of the learner involved, so that this matter can be addressed constructively and resolved as soon as possible. Another parent of one of the affected children will be accompanying me. Our priority is to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all children. We trust that the school will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to prevent further incidents. I am writing to express my disgust with the service I received at the Expresso store on Loop Street, Cape Town CBD. One of your cashiers, who claimed to be a manager, incorrectly charged me for two iced coffees instead of three. When I politely advised her that I had ordered three, she responded with a poor attitude rather than apologizing for the mistake. When I questioned why she was not apologizing, she accused me of shouting, which was not the case. She further stated that I had an attitude when I entered the store. My mood upon entering is irrelevant — I was a paying customer and deserved to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The entire interaction was unprofessional and disappointing, especially coming from someone who identified herself as a manager. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Expresso’s customer service standards. I trust this matter will be addressed appropriately.
Hi I went to Sportscene Waterfront brought Redbat Sandal 3 weeks ago went for an exchange and was undermined, by the lady that assisted me she gave me a look and gentleman she called that maybe the manger told me this is a human issue, the sandal shows my son has been playing soccer or even the shoeay have been exchanged, which is wrong they treated me bad like I was nothing I was so upset that I even ended up telling them you don't have to do the exchange take the shoes I don't want money bk or an exchange disgusted by the behavior Sportscene Waterfront does not know how to treat people.
The most disgusting service, so easy to take payment I have been sending messages on the useless wats up line nothing to assist me how many times does one complain, please give my money back, my kids need to do their homework they cant because service is not working. Payment made 29/05//25 still no service my username is not showing then their agents answer you with no assistance transferring you to may other departments.
I have an issue with my contract, payment has been made on time and I got an email saying that the service will be deactivated, please ensure this is sorted, I need my Wifi and it has been paid for.
I am so disappointing I am a loyal customer that buys my groceries and clothing at woollies, I always buy trays of the free range chicken only to find out whilst I was cooking we had two drumsticks missing from the tray, making me have to take from the other tray, I also had a pack of avocado, it was black inside, I am so disappointing, I have never had a bad experience before but this is not nice, I budget on a monthly bases to have to take out extra pieces as well as having to throw away my avocado, I have pictures as well.
I ordered perfume last week, got a message two days ago to ensure I'm home between 8-5pm,i was all day yet I have got no phone calls with an update, or a delay I am still waiting now for my order 2 days later

I ordered the 6 winglets & chips online and collected it was so awful dry wings had no flavor at all, the chips no salt, I paid R75 for this yet it was so disappointing, How can you make wings that taste so bad an on top of that no sauce, This is one of my favorite meals but today no this is bad.
