Teaches have been advised failed to contact parents via email and failed to call bullying matter, Good Day I trust this emails find you well, Dear Ms Ganie I am writing to formally report a serious concern regarding bullying involving of our daughter's. Its been reported but you failed to pay attention. We have been informed that they are being bul**** by a fellow learner, Buphiwe, in their class. This situation is causing distress, and we are particularly concerned about their safety, as the learner involved is physically stronger and the situation could escalate if not addressed promptly. We respectfully request that the school investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all learners involved. We believe it would be appropriate for the learner in question to be separated from the affected children while the investigation is ongoing. We would also like to request a meeting with the school and the parents of the learner involved, so that this matter can be addressed constructively and resolved as soon as possible. Another parent of one of the affected children will be accompanying me. Our priority is to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all children. We trust that the school will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to prevent further incidents.
