Mother’s Day Ruined by ****roaches and Poor Management Response

We normally go all out for my mom on Mother’s Day, but because she already had plans earlier in the day, we decided to keep it simple with supper at Promenade Spur.

There were 5 of us, and when our food arrived on the requested hot plates, ****roaches crawled across our table. I literally jumped out of my seat and more appeared from the wooden boards at the table. Our entire evening was ruined. We alerted our waiter, who called the manager on duty, but instead of an apology or any empathy, we were asked where the ****roaches were coming from. My nephew left his contact details for management to follow up, but nobody called. He eventually had to call himself and spoke to Portia, who seemed more concerned about the store being shut down than about our experience.

No apology, no warmth, and zero empathy. Safe to say we will never step foot in Promenade Spur again.
