Nightmare was swung around to produce a beautiful happy ending. Thanks again to Dipuo Sekwele and Letlhogonolo for the astute professionalism though initially my claim started off with a lot of fighting and misunderstandings

My experience with Dipuo Sekwele started off rocky due misunderstandings and endless frustrations I had. The 1st problem was the RAM couriers who tend to claim to be contacting clients and not getting hold of them without proof thereof. Secondly, there should a system in place that seeks to pro-actively navigates the client through the claiming period. Currently they tend to respond to queries instead of keeping one posted on any matter. Sticking to adherence of stipulated turn around time and been robotic about sensitive issues isn't of assistance. However Dipuo is starting to be very helpful and eventually understood my frustration. She's got lots of potential and is unimaginably patient. Her listening skills are incredible and her sense of humour and respect can really calm one down. She's a rough diamond just to be polished

Sohva is trying to take monies not belonging to them. They never insured me comprehensively but are now talking to the 3rd party who damaged my vehicle with the aim of collecting what is not theirs. The name of the employee who is trying these things is Willem Marneweck.

I am writing this review with lots of appreciation to Sharon Maluleke after she delivered to me a smooth ,best ,friendly and quick service when i was claiming for my phone insurance that i joined @ Edgars under Hollard. As frustrating,stressing and overwhelming it is to lose a phone talking to her gave me hopes regarding my claim and for that i am truly thankful. Regards Nelly

horrible, horrible experience. i have been assisting my grandmother with using the virtual voucher she received after claiming for her phone and we have been pushed from pillar to post with no resolution. When we go to Ackermans stores to use the voucher they tell us their systems give an error saying "pick up card" and the voucher doesnt work, Sohva on their side say the voucher is fine. We have been trying to get this fixed since June and still nothing.
