As a requirement to put a claim for insurance company to process the claim.Rain till to date can't provide one even though i was provided with couple of reference numbers promising that i will receive ITC number.Now my insurance can't process my claim due to incompetence of Rain staff members.What hurt me most is that,Rain sent Courier for the second time to deliver a new Sim Card without attending my Request.I wonder where is my daughter going to use that Sim card since she don't have a phone They don't pick up my number.They don't respond to my email.They are *****s *****s *****s all i can say it a million times *****s *****s *****s.I am very bored it's been three weeks nothing from Rain.I regret why my daughter was using Rain because it's the worst service provider ever.Very *********** and useless ******* company. Joy callled my daughter on the 20th of March 2026 and she confirmed about the Sim card and told her she'll receive an ITC number later that day and she hasn't received anything up until today.

My daughter was ****** by two african black males.They took her cellphone iPhone 13.One of these African males pointed my daughter with a firearm.I went with my daughter to open a case at Jabulani SAPS.now Rain couldn't help me with Blocking my daughters phone.They told me that they will assist me with only blocking the Sim card.They won't help me with Blocking of the phone.i told them that the insurance need the ITC number so that they can process my claim.i am stressed no one at Rain is willing to assist me
