or the past couple of months i been having account and connection issue with Rain they keep saying a ticket was loaded and has been escalated to no avail. my premium is 589 invoice **********8 as per my contract. yesterday my account was logged as overdue and was forges to pay 620 invoice **********9 to continue my connection. every time they just increase the premium for no reason, we lose connectivity for days. ive received 2 sim cards that never worked even thought it shows active. I was promised a replacement of my WIFI device for more then a year still nothing. yet the still increase as they please

Im having a problem with my billing, I contacted Rain services and asked for a hardware update for the 101 device . I was advised that they do not have that option and I have to cancel my subscription and apply for a new one. I did that and a payment of R819 was paid in April, the device was collected. I connected the new devise on the 1st of May and I was expecting to pay the new subscription of R649 and to my surprise my balance was R1500. I sent a query for the billing and it was corrected to R1084. I want my billing to reflect the correct R649 as per my new subscription. If same cannot be done please cancel your subscription and collect your device. Thank you

Im having a problem with my billing, I contacted Rain services and asked for a hardware update for the 101 device . I was advised that they do not have that option and I have to cancel my subscription and apply for a new one. I did that and a payment of R819 was paid in April, the device was collected. I am extremely frustrated with Rain’s handling of my account and billing. For the past 6 months, Rain has been debiting R649 from my bank card for an account that does NOT belong to me. The account holder is a completely different person, yet Rain continues to charge my card despite this mismatch being clearly visible on their system. I have contacted Rain multiple times via calls and emails, asking them to: 1. Remove my card from this account immediately 2. Stop all debits 3. Refund the money that has been taken from me without proper authorisation Despite this, they continue to debit my account — including another R649 taken today. I have been told that they cannot refund me because “authorisation was given,” which makes no sense given that I have repeatedly disputed these charges and requested cancellation. It is unacceptable that: * A card can be used on an account belonging to someone else without proper verification * A customer’s request to stop debits is ignored * Refunds are refused despite clear evidence of incorrect billing This feels like unauthorised billing, and I am now forced to escalate the matter further. I expect: * Immediate removal of my card from that account * A full refund of all incorrect debits (R649 x 6 months) * Written confirmation that no further charges will be made

Rain deducted frm ma account twice for two month, when I call them for clarity they say its impossible but yet I have statements that proves that, thy have deducted from ma capitec account and tyme bank account, from capitec it shows transaction pending then after a while it shows dt it have been cleared, I called capitec so many times but no luck

Rain Internet does not have customer support. I cancelled my account by them in May and then again in August 2025. I have not heard from them since. 2 days ago they deducted R2500 out of my account without any warning and with no attempt in making contact with me for months. They say I am in arrears with over R5000. I have no idea how they are creating these deductions as I never gave them my banking details. I was on a month to month plan. When you try and cancel they become rude and do not put the cancellation through. They don't follow up or even try to cancel your account. They took all the money I had left in my account and now I cannot get to work this month so now I will most probably lose my job. They come up with excuses and that It might take up to 3 weeks because they need to approve the refund and then I have to wait for the refund. I can clearly see that there Is no effort from their side to correct this. I also saw on Facebook that they do this to everyone.

******* those ones, I paid my a Subscription fee of R625 on the 7th of April using the reference number that was provided to me on whatsapp, I had no internet connection then, them saying that I did not pay but money went out of my account and they said I did not pay, Sent proof of payments, They were only able to allocate the payment on the 22nd April imagine going days without internet, Been a loyal member for about 4 years, I Cancelled their services, I saw no point of having it because I felt ****med, Their agents are Responding or treating matters as if they were never trained, I don't know how many times escalations were made for my refund, Until today! They operate like they're not Registered with the CIPC, I am highly disappointed and never going to use them again I have 3 friends who will also Be canceling their services, People must make informed decisions when opting using Rain services, They are ****mers.
