My experience with Dipuo Sekwele started off rocky due misunderstandings and endless frustrations I had. The 1st problem was the RAM couriers who tend to claim to be contacting clients and not getting hold of them without proof thereof. Secondly, there should a system in place that seeks to pro-actively navigates the client through the claiming period. Currently they tend to respond to queries instead of keeping one posted on any matter. Sticking to adherence of stipulated turn around time and been robotic about sensitive issues isn't of assistance.
However Dipuo is starting to be very helpful and eventually understood my frustration. She's got lots of potential and is unimaginably patient. Her listening skills are incredible and her sense of humour and respect can really calm one down. She's a rough diamond just to be polished
