Nightmare was swung around to produce a beautiful happy ending. Thanks again to Dipuo Sekwele and Letlhogonolo for the astute professionalism though initially my claim started off with a lot of fighting and misunderstandings
My experience with Dipuo Sekwele started off rocky due misunderstandings and endless frustrations I had. The 1st problem was the RAM couriers who tend to claim to be contacting clients and not getting hold of them without proof thereof. Secondly, there should a system in place that seeks to pro-actively navigates the client through the claiming period. Currently they tend to respond to queries instead of keeping one posted on any matter. Sticking to adherence of stipulated turn around time and been robotic about sensitive issues isn't of assistance. However Dipuo is starting to be very helpful and eventually understood my frustration. She's got lots of potential and is unimaginably patient. Her listening skills are incredible and her sense of humour and respect can really calm one down. She's a rough diamond just to be polished
Today I went to the Goldman str branch looking for bar soaps. The time could've been approximately 12h30. On the shelf there 2 price tags for the same product. I double checked on the brand and flavours so as to be clear. Thereafter I went to the till to pay and respectfully informed Nomonde, the teller. The prices didn't correspond and she called the supervisor. The went to the shelf without me and informed the merchandisers to remove it. Thereafter they called me to and said there no such. Fortunately the merchandisers were still there and were folding the tags. I begged them not to make me a fool but they rolled their eyes and were vividly annoyed. This is pathetic and uncalled for
MTN service level/standard does not exist. It has been 2 days and few hours since I have received my router for home internet. My ordeal started yesterday morning at 10am when I contacted their call centre for activation. Apparently my sim card is not rica'd and it's taking a lifetime to find out why. I spoke to Nyikweni, Sihle, Nakedi, Mbali (she is very friend yo and helpful), Badile and Charlotte, and then the call got dropped. After that, at 10h30, I spoke to Nwabisa, Noxolo, Asekho and Nomthandazo. At 10h43 I then spoke to Collin and Glenda. Later in the afternoon at 16h55 I spoke to Phindile, also helpful. Today I spoke to Thato and she referred me to Mobile Data Support and spoke to Nompumelelo (also helpful) and only to find out my card is not rica'd. I want to cancel this contract because it is really not worth the promises they made
