Iam having a bad experience canceling the mtn contract since August 2025 till date I'm calling week in and out with no success the phone was taken back to mtn store in Bethlehem and was issued with IRMS number that I issue every single day when I call the consultant will tell me that they are escalating the matter to the supervisor who will be in contact with me till this date.i need a need foun

Even now I haven't got a response from mtn, my phone was taken to repairs for the second time (phone not charging) I took it on 9/2/2026 and they told me it will take 21 working days even now my phone is not back and they not communicating. So today I decided to go to mtn in Clearwater to check if my phone was back as they haven't said anything since they took it to repairs. I got shocked when they told me that they detected that my phone had water on the charging port. My question was how because since I bought that phone in October and it had the same problem and they never said anything the first time I took it to repairs for the same issue. I'm so frustrated and I think mtn is just playing my mind, now they telling me to pay so that they can bring my phone back.

After attempting to do a Sim saw on my own, I was directed by mtn system to go to the nearest branch. When I got there I was greeted with an attitude by the supervisor. She told me that she was unable to assist with my request. After begging she told me that I had to answer security question instead of the normal ID, affidavit, and proof of address. After failing she told me that I had to call 135 number which doesn't work. Why must I go through such a hassle just to get my number back and why was I requested to bring my ID book when she did not even check the documents. 0786226926

MTN has not been deducting their money from my account for the past 4 months and I’ve been calling to ask why and the agents will just drop the call . I’ve been calling this number (011) 767-5451 and I’ve been told they will get back to me but no response . It’s been three weeks now . MTN is messing up my credit score unnecessarily.

MTN has not been deducting their money from my account for the past 4 months and I’ve been calling to ask why and the agents will just drop the call . Me and my husband took out MTN Home uncapped internet 5 months ago the 295 it was **** MTN IS SO *****, the internet works for 2 weeks then for the rest of the other 2 weeks it doesn't work at all I literally have picture..then they debit from us for the money and there's a exclamation mark on our internet connection for the following two weeks it is the worst services I ever experienced then I email i would like to cancel they told me take it to the store thats when the price went up to 340 anyway January month I took it to blueroute mall that MTN STORE to cancel that lady that helped me apparently told me its cancel and they will still bill for February but we must not keep money in our account okay billing went off so today 5th March I received a invoice and statement from *** MTN saying I owe a 2400 this is ridiculous, didn't I cancel this piece of ****ty services I don't understand did that lady do her job right in Blueroute terrible customer service do not take MTN they suck does it make sense *****, PATHETIC !!!!!!
