We note that we received the claim on the same day it was forwarded to us by WesBank, and we immediately began processing it; however, our team did experience some initial challenges in making contact with the policyholder. We are happy to confirm, however, that our team has made contact with the policyholder via WhatsApp and collected the required details to process the claim. We have also spoken to the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident to obtain her statement.
