My rating would be 0. I am extremely frustrated with SSDA’s ongoing harassment for payment on an account that has already been settled last year. I have sent proof of payment multiple times, yet I continue to receive emails and messages demanding payment. This is affecting my credit score, which is completely unacceptable.I can’t fathom their level of incompetence. There is clearly no proper system in place to update records or acknowledge submitted proof. To make matters worse, their contact number is invalid, making it impossible to resolve this issue directly. This feels like nothing short of harassment and *****ulent behavior. SSDA needs to urgently update their records, stop contacting me regarding a settled account, and take responsibility for the negative impact they are causing.

My MTN account was handed over to SSDA and I settled the account probably in January 2026 but I kept paying until in March (2026), then I realized that I was probably done even before then. I have been requesting for a paid up letter ever since, its been weeks now but they are not giving me the the paid up letter and statement. I have been calling them and they always say they will get back to me but they never did. This is so draining as my account is still showing in arrears and I can't do anything about it until they provide me with the letter. Looking at this reviews it seems like it is their thing to delay paid up letters with no clear communication. To show that they are full of Nonsense, today i called them again to follow up and they still said the same thing, only for them to send the dam paid up letter after the call even after them saying it will take 7 working days. It was a lie because they already had it and were probably hoping that i keep paying them. The reason why I am publishing this here is because I dont trust that I only paid the agreed amount, I might have paid more which is why I want the statement for my confirmation. They are refusing to do so. Sis SSDA is kaa mahn ga!

**** company.. paid outstanding ammount they claimed, then made excuses saying they have to track the payment allocate... then tried saying they can send a settlement letter if I pay again so they can easily track it and send settlement letter.. then all of a sudden the amount changed ... im reporting these *****s to the authorities... do not make any payment to them they are 100% *****sters

I have called them many times requesting a paid-up letter, but their consultants keep giving me different stories and transferring me to other companies, even though I made all payments to SSDA. This is negatively affecting my credit score, and I don’t know what else to do. They called me saying I have an outstanding balance, claiming that the last time I paid was in 2023 so they decided not to call me since 2023 and only call me now to tell me I have to pay them R1800 in 42hrs.

This company is terrible. Their agents have no way of speaking. And they call 7 to 8 times a day. Please cease and desist from calling me. I will make payments directly to absa not to you. This is nonsense every day 6am in the morning 5pm in the afternoon do url not have rules for calling...

Bunch of *********** kindergradens working at this so called attorney firm, do this idiots not call me on the 09 May @ 13:00 and again today the 12 May @ 07:43 both occasions I answer and miraculously there's no one speaking on thw other end then guess what they dropped the call and dont call back !
