Bunch of *********** kindergradens working at this so called attorney firm, do this idiots not call me on the 09 May @ 13:00 and again today the 12 May @ 07:43 both occasions I answer and miraculously there's no one speaking on thw other end then guess what they dropped the call and dont call back !
To date i dont know how Discovery insurance is associated with this kinder garden attorneys , we arranged for payment arrangements to be made as per the gentleman who arranged this ,he adviser no interest would be made as long as I pay on time ,now after 3 payments im being bothered by this ****** people,telling me I haven't been making payments on time but im making payment days in advance before arrangement date ,like balance me here! THREE PAYMENTS MADE: 02 APRIL - R200 30 APRIL -R200 30 MARCH - R200 HOW IS PAYMENT LATE WHEN I PAID TO THE ACCOUNT DETAILS AND FEWS DAYS BEFORE ARRANGED DATES ? My payment schedule is dated to end on the 30 May 2026 and as per telephonic conversation with the stupid consultant I won't be making any other payment after , go rob someone else or take outstanding amount from the consultant who doesn't clearly no his job and gives wrong ****** information!! Mind you this is a consultant who was supposed to be a blood senior consultant!!!
I don't know what kind of back street "attorneys" Discovery insurance have appointmented but the service is appalling! I don't know how many times I've communicated to both Discovery insurance and Shapiro Sheil Debt collectors that I have no amount outstanding. Just before I canceled my policy with you guys I spoke to numerous consultants advising them of this as well,things were then quite until my policy was canceled! I've requested these "attorneys" to provide me with their email address more than 5 times however they give me email addresses that don't exist,I'm tired of been harassed and repeating myself 100 times about the same thing !!!!
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about incorrect charges that have been app**** to my account and the unacceptable handling of this matter by your consultants. I have been told repeatedly that I owe a payment to Discovery. This is incorrect. The alleged charge has been shown to be based on an incorrect code on the provider statement, which the doctor has already corrected. I have asked multiple times for written confirmation (an email) detailing the reasons for the charge and the account history. Each time I request this, your consultants magically hang up I am also being told the amount has increased because “no payment has been received,” despite there being no valid fee owed and despite the provider correcting the code. I require a professional email to be sent and only to be contacted by senior consultants that know what they are doing !
