My rating would be 0. I am extremely frustrated with SSDA’s ongoing harassment for payment on an account that has already been settled last year. I have sent proof of payment multiple times, yet I continue to receive emails and messages demanding payment. This is affecting my credit score, which is completely unacceptable.I can’t fathom their level of incompetence. There is clearly no proper system in place to update records or acknowledge submitted proof. To make matters worse, their contact number is invalid, making it impossible to resolve this issue directly. This feels like nothing short of harassment and *****ulent behavior. SSDA needs to urgently update their records, stop contacting me regarding a settled account, and take responsibility for the negative impact they are causing.
I am livid with SSDA’s handling of my account. This account was fully settled in October last year, yet I continue to receive emails demanding payment as if nothing has been resolved. I have already submitted proof of payment multiple times to both Nompilo Mkhize and Ms Chumenaye, but there has been absolutely no response. Attempts to follow up via email go unanswered, and it is nearly impossible to get hold of anyone when calling SSDA. What makes this even more concerning is the negative impact this situation is having on my credit score, despite the account being paid in full. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on SSDA’s internal processes and customer service. SSDA urgently needs to update their system and properly reflect settled accounts. This ongoing issue is not only frustrating but also unfair to customers who have fulfilled their obligations.I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received from SSDA. I settled my account months ago and immediately sent the proof of payment. Despite this, I kept receiving calls demanding that I “settle the account.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sent the proof of payment again, yet the calls continued. This shows a serious lack of proper record-keeping and internal communication. It is extremely frustrating to be repeatedly contacted for a payment that was made long ago, especially after providing all the necessary documentation more than once. I expect a company to respect customers’ time, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues promptly. Instead, I’ve had to deal with unnecessary stress and repeated interruptions over something that should have been sorted out the first time.I am livid and I expect my this issue to be resolved immediately!!!
Can someone give me a call!!! I am so livid!!! You guys are so ***********!!! You give my husband a username and password that is invalid!!! You keep taking my money for what exactly??? Call me asap!!!! The only time I get a response is when I come on here and leave a review so here it is!!!!
Hello Cartrack I am still awaiting my husbands tracker to be activated!!!! You guys keep debiting my account!!! So what am I paying for???? I don’t want an email from Zandile April I want the accounts department to give me a call!!! Absolutely appalling service!!! This is so frustrating that I only get a call back when I leave a review here!!!
Cartrack keeps debiting my account, even though the tracker my husband took out is not active. We have called and requested that these debits stop, but they continue without authorization. This is unacceptable and I am so livid with this blatant *****ulent activity. If the service is not active, there should be no debits against my account,the only time Cartrack responds to anything is when a review is left on here!!! You guys are *****sters!!!
Cartrack has been debiting my account on multiple separate occasions, yet my husband’s policy with them is not even active. This makes no sense — what exactly are they debiting me for? I am not the account holder, I did not authorize these debits, and there is no valid policy linked to my account. This feels like *****ulent and ********* behavior. I’ve had to waste time reversing payments at the bank, and yet the debits continue. Cartrack needs to be held accountable and explain why they are taking money without any active policy or authorization.
I would like to Thank Mr Darrel Williamson for his assistance this morning. I was livid that could not have access to my son's study guides as there were errors on the admissions which was not captured by him, he rectified them and was so patient and understanding. We need customer service like this, a 10/10 for Mr Williamson. Thank you and God bless you!!!
I am absolutely livid. I DO NOT have an account with Cartrack, yet for the past 3 months they have been *****ulently debiting my account twice a week at random hours ,including at night for varying amounts. I have contacted my bank to reverse these transactions multiple times and even issued stop orders, yet Cartrack continues to deduct money without authorization.I have never signed a contract or had any dealings with this company. This is pure ***** and I have opened a case with SAPS. Cartrack must be held accountable, and I urge others to check their accounts for suspicious deductions.This abuse has caused me financial and emotional distress. Cartrack, you will be reported to the police, the National Consumer Commission, and the Banking Ombudsman.
I would give a negative star if allows.After having a tracker installed by Cartrack, my husband’s vehicle was damaged during the process. Double Debits & Unauthorised Payments continued going off my account despite me calling several times and clearly stating that I am not the account holder. Cartrack continued to debit my account, including an unauthorised amount of R2,650. I requested several times that no debits be made, emailed as well yet they still processed the transaction without my consent. Even after going to the bank to stop the debit order, the bank consultant verbalised that the debit was unauthorised.Cartrack had further debited my account again after visiting the bank.This is blatant disregard for my financial privacy and rights.My husband is met with rude and unhelpful consultants, and on multiple occasions, they have hung up the phone on him without offering any resolution.This experience has been beyond frustrating and feels exploitative. I expect a full refund, and immediate cancellation of any further debits to my account. Cartrack, this is no way to treat your customers. I urge others to be cautious before engaging with this company.
