My TFG account was handed over to SSDA about 4 years ago. I have paid the account in full and have not missed any payments since then.
I have called them many times requesting a paid-up letter, but their consultants keep giving me different stories and transferring me to other companies, even though I made all payments to SSDA. This is negatively affecting my credit score, and I don’t know what else to do. It’s been years, and I’m still waiting for my paid-up letter.
