SSDA FAILING TO PROVIDE PAID UP LETTER FOR MY MTN ACCOUNT

My MTN account was handed over to SSDA and I settled the account last year in August (2025) I have been requesting for a paid up letter ever since, its been almost 9 months now but they are not giving me the the paid up letter. I have been calling them and they always say they will get back to me nut they never did. This is so draining as my account is still showing in arrears and I can't do anything about it until they provide me with the letter. Looking at this reviews it seems like it is their thing to delay paid up letters with no clear communication.
