This company is terrible. Their agents have no way of speaking. And they call 7 to 8 times a day. Please cease and desist from calling me. I will make payments directly to absa not to you. This is nonsense every day 6am in the morning 5pm in the afternoon do url not have rules for calling...
I hope the first impression that bloom made lasts. I hope that the service is good in future.for claiming etc. Shympria mohanlall whom helped me was excellent. Thank you for the service.
I am so fed up with vodacom since I changed banking details with vodacom there has been endless problems. Firstly this contract is for 3 years and they charge me extra since February 2026 I don't understand if the contract states a price of R498 why increase it to 542. Another thing money will be in the account vodacom will debit my account then the money gets reversed from vodacom back into my bank account and then they charge me 100 for not paying the debit order. What is wrong with vodacom.... I'm really fed up I can not wait for this contract to end so I can go to another provider because I have had endless issues with them you speak with customer service they don't understand!. I'm completely and utterly disappointed in this company I would not recommend anyone using lte with vodacom they Don respect contracts they do their own debiting and charging no business ethics at all. They didn't even let me know when price was increasing no ethics what so ever. I've worked for financial institutions and gosh we have always been transparent even when price increases. They have not done anything to rectify not informing me about price increase they just sent me terms and conditions are they ****** serious.... this company is greedy and really not about helping people...
Dear absa. With due respect as an ex employee. Could you cancel all my debit orders as everything you try to debit my account I get charged. I am not working there's no income.coming into my absa account yet you still want to debit my account. Also I have been unemployed since may because I left your company. But absa still gave me credit, limit increases etc due diligence was not done when issuing me with that much credit. I have sent affidavits stating in not working. And the reason I left working at absa was due to.the mental stress and the terrible management.... infact causing me to leave my job and lose my income your should pay my debts off.... really frustrated ex employee/ client
Dear vodacom I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service and retention that you have. I have a wifi contract with you and this is my 2nd year. I have 1 year left. And you decide to increase my premium. Without any notification. This goes against consumer protection act. Your staff at the call centre does not know how to handle clients like me. How do you set a contract for 3 years and then decide to change it. My premium is R498.46 now it R 542..... what the hell. I will not be paying this as this was not what was given to me. I will cancel my contract and go to a company that's cheaper and abide by a contract in place. Prices can not be changed with out the client knowing. This is really not on.
Mbd attorneys which is part of nutun call centre calls constantly and hangs up. They call my husband number whole day. I don't understand what their problem is where do they get these numbers from. Secondly they call and you can never speak to them as their lines are bad.... I am yet to see a contract saying what I'm owing. I get called and it's someone else debt....
Vodacom customer service is really delayed I called them on the 24th June to renew my 299 contract that I had for 2 years it was 500gigs data 10mbps line it was a black friday special. I asked the consultant if I can keep my same package and continue as I really had no problems for the duration of the contract the consultant said that I would be getting exactly what I had and my contract will continue if I do want to change my mind I have 3 months to do so to renew another package. I agreed and that was done. 30th July was unable to connect to my wifi lte router because my data ran out upon phoning customer service I found out I have only 200gigs and not 500gigs as my original package. I was told that that upgrades consultant renewed me for a package that was not my original package. I did not agree to 200gigs. I wanted my old package. There has been no correspondence since that day I was told an investigation will be done this is my reference number: 5-cs22DQ7v7. I'm truly disappointed in vodacom. As a client I was told that I would get exactly my old package and therefore paying 299 every month. This is absolutely unprofessional I also work in a retail industry and i make sure the client gets what they need and I'm always transparent. But this was really bad. Vodacom I'm a loyal customer this is difinatley not on!
Ethekwini this is absolutely not on. How is it that you guys mess us and it becomes our problem of high water bills. Why don't you charge those that live in rural areas or settlements , is it because you guys know they will not pay! U stop our water constantly and expect us to pay such high bills when we making ends meet. This is poor service if your messed up and have no money then take a salary cut url do not deserve high salaries for doing nothing. These high bills is yours mess up not the residents of ethekwini.
this insurance company can not seem to provide customer satisfaction, i would never ever want to do business with them, they are incapable of cancelling a funeral cover which i cancelled in April and still being charged for up til now , they require bank statement in order to refund the money, which i don't think is necessary as its the company's fault for poor service, really disappointed with such poor service!
I recently went to the phnx standard bank branch to set up internet banking and was helped by a wonderful consultant, few days later internet banking stopped working, called call center and they said they can't do anything I must go to branch, standard bank internet banking never works at all even when u put right password, there's no one to help you when u call the call center they say go branch then what's the point of having customer service. Please sort out internet banking you don't have this problem with nedbank!
