Rissik &Troye Sasol ((Sunyside) The service I got today morning was really bad. All I needed was data so I can request ehailing to work.Me&another customer we waited for a cashier for some time.Until the customer went out and I decided to ask the male employee who was sitting reading his newspaper to help us .He looked at me and kept quiet and continued reading his newpaper.i turned to 2 ladies employees to help,they also looked at me n continued chatting.i waited until I went outside to ask petrol attendants what's going on.Thanks God one of them asked me to wait the cashier will come.Thats all I needed to hear not to be ignored in that manner Total uncalled for Communication is vital

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the Sasol in Krugersdorp, next to Burger Box Roadhouse. They are always so friendly, helpful, and respectful. We stop there every Sunday for petrol and coffee, and we are consistently greeted with great service and kindness. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and they even know our usual orders by now, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thank you to the team for the excellent service — it is truly appreciated.

No service at garage when I stopped for diesel. There was one attendant at a pump chatting to someone in a car and the other attendant was sitting in the tea room on his phone. I eventually just left and went to another garage

I am using the SASOL REWARDS card and from December had people *****ing my and using my reward points on vouchers. Reported to Sasol in January en was contacted by two people and via email. Initial points credited again. But is still happens and repeated attempts to get hold of these employees with sasol emails failed. Calls to Rewards card centre useless NO-ONE there replies, nor several demands by me for managers or marketing dept heads to contact me regarding this ***** materializes. Best they do is have ***ing bot reply with yet another case number stating falsely customer contacted, or case resolved or credit passed. LIES! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a f human in SASOL to call me back and explain how my rewards is hacked. I am convinced employees are involved and this must be happening to hundreds of customers. NO responsibility or care by SASOL. The rewards is a ****, rather use BP or Shell rewards they have integrity. I have sent many emails explaining exactly dates, numbers and values how my rewards are ******. SASOL *****S! Head of marketing, your head is stuck in sand!

Sasol Kgabotse, the service form the petrol attendants at Sasol Kgabotse, President Steyn street, Pretoria North, is very disappointing. As I am on my way to work, and pass this garage, I had to stop for petrol, stop, the attendants notice me, but keep on walking around, look at their phones, if I am invisible. When will we see a turn around for this useless garage. This was the last time EVER I will stop at this garage. When you ask the attendants to pump your tyres, we had no air, for years the same old story.

Dear Sasol Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding conduct observed at your service station, Sasol Pretoria Central. I have noticed a recurring issue involving a petrol attendant identified as Lisivh. On multiple occasions, this attendant has torn customer receipts and removed the sections containing instant competition details and QR scan information before handing the slip to customers. This behavior appears deliberate and consistent. I believe this constitutes misconduct, as these competition details are intended for customers who purchase fuel, not for staff to appropriate. As a loyal Sasol customer who makes a point of refueling at your stations, I find this practice both concerning and unacceptable. Notably, when I am assisted by other attendants, I receive my receipt in full without any alterations. I request that this matter be investigated urgently, as it reflects poorly on the integrity of the service provided at this location. If this issue is not addressed, it may affect my decision to continue using this station and could influence others through word of mouth.
