I am using the SASOL REWARDS card and from December had people *****ing my and using my reward points on vouchers. Reported to Sasol in January en was contacted by two people and via email. Initial points credited again. But is still happens and repeated attempts to get hold of these employees with sasol emails failed. Calls to Rewards card centre useless NO-ONE there replies, nor several demands by me for managers or marketing dept heads to contact me regarding this ***** materializes. Best they do is have ***ing bot reply with yet another case number stating falsely customer contacted, or case resolved or credit passed. LIES! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a f human in SASOL to call me back and explain how my rewards is hacked. I am convinced employees are involved and this must be happening to hundreds of customers. NO responsibility or care by SASOL. The rewards is a ****, rather use BP or Shell rewards they have integrity. I have sent many emails explaining exactly dates, numbers and values how my rewards are ******. SASOL *****S! Head of marketing, your head is stuck in sand!
See how little the SAPO cares for other motorist lives. This reckless driver was tailgating, overtaking on double solid lines around a blind bend and overtaking two vehicles at the same time. These dip****s keep sending me spam on my email and the unsubscribe does not work. I never gave them permission to send me their kak. Will not recommend a company that cannot respect a person's privacy on line and not follow POPI regulation!!!! Vkof!
Their LTE sim router service is unreliable! Struggling again with slow internet. If I talk slow - UPLOAD SPEED WITH SUPERSONIC = 0.55 MBps! This happened on 6 August, now again on 14 August. And what is a joke, is that you can't Whatsapp them anymore, they expect you to use your phone call minutes to call them. And what if it is late at night, must I wake my ***ing family because I have talk to them for 20min??? I would not recommend them. Have been having problems with this service off and on since joining about 3-4 months ago.
I ordered and paid for a cell phone on 22/5/2020. Their delivery times show 5-7 working days. On +-25/5/2020 I used their online chat line to track my order and I saw that nothing is happening, despite an invoice being emailed to me from the store manager Reinier on 23/5/2020. As you wait a long time on the chatline, it says you leave your details (which you do anyway when starting the chat) for someone to call you.......No one called me back. Again I used the chatline on 27/5/2020 and asked where is the phone. The agent told me he can't really help me I must call the store in Witbank. I asked the query to be escalated but he said he can't. I called the store and spoke to the manager Reinier, who explained and said their was a 'glitch'at their head office side that prevents the courier pickup the phone. He says he has tried over the weekend to get it sorted but not in his hands. Told him that it is not my problem and he must escalate it. Also told him I need the phone and because it is their systems error, they must overnight the phone, upon which he says no, the system pays only for normal courier. Not acceptable and no problem solving for a customer here. Today is 29/5/2020, the tracking still shows phone is not picked up yet for order 300285296 . I don't care if you have a problem. if you mess up, pull up your socks, get off you **** and make a plan. Everything can be solved by calling a manager at hq on the phone! I will not recommend IC to anyone nor use them again. Takealot has no issues and I will keep using them.
My mobile service has been mostly OFF for over a week now - 6days. I have called their helpdesk three times, and on the last time the consultant Akona, a woman cut the call. She did not bother like other service providers to call me back. I called back to report her unwillingness and poor attitude and having the call cut, and spoke to a guy called Azola. I demand to speak to a superviser and he tried to get a hold of Toni, but she was on a call aparently. He duly promised to have her call me back. After 30min I called back and got hold of Toni Venter a lady, supervisor. Asked her why she did not call me back, must I wait further between 22h00 and 23h00 for her to call me someday? She never got the message from Azola guy. Anyway reported my problem and stated its my third call to Telkom to sort this kak out. She took my details promising the techs won't let me wait three days as I have reported it before. Well its two days and f-all happened! It is frustrating and I am paying for non-delivery. DONT USE TELKOM 8TA as they dont have service, and judging by news reports it is all over the country! My reference number for the call to their help desk is 32462219. Poor service!!!!!
