All I needed was data so I can request ehailing to work.Me&another customer we waited for a cashier for some time.Until the customer went out and I decided to ask the male employee who was sitting reading his newspaper to help us .He looked at me and kept quiet and continued reading his newpaper.i turned to 2 ladies employees to help,they also looked at me n continued chatting.i waited until I went outside to ask petrol attendants what's going on.Thanks God one of them asked me to wait the cashier will come.Thats all I needed to hear not to be ignored in that manner Total uncalled for Communication is vital
Fastway Pretoria on 10 Sterling rd Samrand is disappointing 100% How can I still be waiting for the parcel which i was suppose to be receive it on 11.Dec 2025 The tel number on their website 0101400178 is NEVER answered.When I eventually got hold of the driver,she told me that its not allowed to go collect my parcel at the branch.She further told me that she doesn't know when she will deliver because she is the only driver so I must never leave the house.Its a lot.No one respond to e-mails.
After speaking to African Bank agents,the is still no hope if I will ever receive my money back to my account.African bank did ***** on my account.Every agents tell me that"we are escalating this matter to high authorities". I am still waiting for them to do the right thing
I transferred money from my African bank app to Capitec Bank few days ago.i got a technical error message.I waited and I tried again after few minutes ,it went through. To my surprise both transactions were debited from my African bank .when I check Capitec statement,it only reflect only 1 transaction.I reported this at the African bank head office.No response up to now.i was told to wait for 2day they will refund me. 2 days have lapsed and I haven't heard anything. why is this bank committing *****? Why most of the time,their branches in Pretoria are usually offline?
African bank app is frustrating nje. Most of the time it freeze for no reason.i constantly have to uninstall and install the app for it to start working.I have to do this atleast 3 times a week.even if I update to new version&software it doesn't help. Most of the time I go to enquire about this,their system is always down. Since yesterday till now it doesn't allow me to buy airtime or send ca***** keep saying error yet I have enough airtime, data and wi-fi coverage.
I unfortunately got kidnapped on 25/07/2024 Just after 18:00pm.later that evening I called Capitec to block the account &App access.almost 10hours prior this incident,I had sent money to another Capitec client.That transaction was put on hold too.i have submitted ALL necessary documents to Capitec in order to release this fund.no assistance up to know,I'm being pushed around different departments
I had a credit card and loan with capitec,which I fully paid.i finished paying off in 2021.Everytime i visit a capitec Bank I always ask them to check if there might be any arrears BUT ALL records show proof that I owe nothing and they (Capitec)never handed me over to any Lawyers. Can someone tell me where to find help with these bunch of ROBERS (NIMBLE)Because since 2021 they have been bothering me?they don't mind phoning you 10 times in 2 hours with numbers starting with 067 067/010/018/031/021/087 etc I hope 1 day God will strike this company down,because they trying hard to stress people for their selfish gain
The call center Consultants have not been able to help me. I'm exhausted I have 500MB data inclusive of all social, internet and sms bundles. But every time I open Facebook, Twitter etc, it's says my airtime may be too low. So no videos and no images open on my fb account. Even if I buy 2gigs of data, it refuses to open/download. MTN PLEASE I NEED ANSWERS TO THIS, I'M TIRED
01 Nov an unlawfully debit deducted from my account on the following day I went to capitec to block/suspend Isabella debit order coz it could not be reversed.it was blocked successfully, today Boom Capitec released my funds to the very suspended debit order. Why and how come? Coz even in my app, it say debit order is stopped
Norman Bissett or Nimble Group From 2019 this scam have bin tormenting me for Accounts that I payed and closed more than 5years ago.i have blocked more than 100 contact numbers they use to call me.most tel no 067098.. or 015 018 053 031 042 021 etc. There was time I requested to come to their office to make enquiry.They gave me their address,i immediately drove there..BOOM it's a ****a shop.I sometimes take their phone calls and tell them That they will call me until we go on pension.
