I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the Sasol in Krugersdorp, next to Burger Box Roadhouse. They are always so friendly, helpful, and respectful. We stop there every Sunday for petrol and coffee, and we are consistently greeted with great service and kindness. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and they even know our usual orders by now, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thank you to the team for the excellent service — it is truly appreciated.
Our monthly contribution increased by R500 in January, and then, without any prior notice or clear explanation, increased by a further R2,000 approximately three months later. This is both unexpected and unacceptable, especially given the lack of communication or justification provided for these adjustments. In addition, we are extremely dissatisfied with the level of service received, which has been poor and largely non-existent when assistance is required.
Due to a previous dentist, my daughter developed a fear of going to the dentist. I searched for a new practice and, after reading the many positive reviews, decided to try Dental House Noordheuwel. From the very first visit, my daughter absolutely loved it there and now cannot wait to visit the dentist again. Last week, I visited Dr Bonnet myself, and the service was outstanding. She explains every procedure clearly and has such a calm, reassuring manner, as does her assistant. The receptionist is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a comfortable and caring environment.
I would like to compliment Econo foods at The Village in Roodepoort on the outstanding service I received on Saturday. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the security at the entrance right through to the cashiers. The merchandisers on the floor were more than willing to assist and provided helpful advice to customers. All I can say is wow! In a time when good service is becoming increasingly rare, the service I experienced was truly exceptional.
Good day, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service I have received from both Takealot and ECCO regarding my faulty ECCO TV. We purchased the ECCO TV from Takealot in December last year. In early August this year, the TV started getting stuck on the Android start-up screen and would not progress any further. I immediately contacted Takealot to report the issue. Takealot advised me to purchase a new remote to test whether the remote was the problem. They also confirmed in writing that if the remote was not the issue, they would assist with either an exchange or a refund of the TV. After purchasing the new remote, the problem continued. I informed Takealot and returned the remote. They then referred me to ECCO. ECCO advised that Takealot is responsible for replacing the TV. I contacted Takealot again, but they then claimed they could no longer assist because the warranty had expired — despite the fact that I have been reporting the issue since August, well within the warranty period. I again contacted ECCO on 23 October 2025, and they advised that they would get back to me. When I received no response, I followed up again on 26 November 2025, but I still have not received any feedback. At this point: The TV is faulty and unusable I reported the problem within the warranty period I followed all instructions given by Takealot Both Takealot and ECCO are referring me back and forth without resolving the matter This is unacceptable service, especially considering that the product is less than a year old when the issue was first reported.

We don't normally shop at PNA The Village as it is quite a distance from us. On Sunday, as we were going out for Father's day, we passed PNA Valley View and my daughter needed to replace a text book that got lost at aftercare and also needed color pens . So we decided to stop on the way. We were assisted by Khabonina (Till nr 2) . She made sure my daughter got the exact pens that she was looking for and made sure that it was the correct text book. She was so friendly and helpful that from now on we will travel further for stationary shopping.
We experienced a problem with some of the bottles body wash that we purchased . I sent an email to Anelisa, who almost immediately responded. They collected the products from me and delivered brand new products (all on their own account). While remaining friendly and keeping me informed through the whole process. We absolutely love the Oh so Heavenly products and after the amazing service we received, we will definitely keep purchasing their great products.
It is a issue to get any assistance from Absa. There is a huge difference in The banking fees I agreed to and what is being deducted. You have to go into the branch for everything where with the other banks you can do thing on the app. The branch close to us closed down so we have to travel to get to a branch. They never reply emails , phoning is just as useless. As soon as I have the time to change all my debit orders etc. I am changing banks
