Bad service
I've contacted Sasol Rewards by phone and by email, I'm trying to change my cell number from 0714741524 to 0690378076 and have had no response in a week.

False advertising
This morning at 5am I used data as there is plenty midnight data. But the hour I used came off my normal bundle. How many people are being charged there normal data and not the midnight data. I got sent a message saying you only have ***xx left that's how I became aware. False advertising.

Theft of data
I Bought R 89 Cell C data bundle this morning 1gig a day for 7 days. Taken off the money but when I check my balance *101# it says 124.88 which is not 1gig and the days nearly gone. And when dialing 0875750362 listening to dial this for this you eventually get a recording asking you your problem. Just reverse transaction

Rotten treatment
I have a bond in arrears with Nedbank I have found a buyer through an estate agency I have a verbal offer but I cannot accept until I know what my settlement amount is and 8 calls and numerous transfers no one can give me this figure in writing (e-mail). I have tried even through there debt collectors Blue Label. But if I sell this property without notifying Nedbank I will be penalized. It's a disgrace the way you get treated.

how can we not help you
<p>I Have a Platinum Cheque account where my salary gets paid into every month. Since December the small compaqny I work for has had cash flow problems and i have been paid late and in drips and trabs but been paid in full. The problem I have I have not yet received any income this month yet and all my debt orders go off on the 7th. I went to Southdale branch this morning to see if they would either give me a small overdraft R 20000 or to let the debit orders run. But guess what no help at all? So the bank makes a bit extra on returned debit orders from the poor. Change the slogan "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP"</p>

You pay and never get paid out
Part of ceiling collapsed due to storm claim no C111510100534 Ayoba Home Improvements did assessment 2 weeks ago never seen a report i called nedbank today to find out claim on hold till i have water proofed a pitched tile roof how is this done nedbank looking for loopholes to bitchman every joint does not sound right on a tilled roof You deal with clerks and unprofessional people is a sad state of affairs
