Zelri Properties are very unprofessional. As a tenant, I do experience financial difficulties and at times can't really pay on time by the last day of the month. I do acknowledge my faults and really do try to pay my account on time. The economy is changing and people are experiencing difficult challenges. However, that should not be the reason to deviate from the signed contract. I cannot be charged WiFi fee but the WiFi is blocked due to non payment. Then a paper is placed on your door in red to let you know about your arrears. This act is not stated in the contract signed. As a single mother experiencing challenges, I really don't need the added stress of having a non functioning WiFi router which is monthly billed but blocked. How do you really expect one to work and actually pay you the outstanding rental without access to the only thing that helps you get your bread. Doesn't make sense to me. There is no Ubuntu in this organization. It's fine listing me on TPN and charging interest for late payment. But disconnecting the WiFi and still charging it? They are responsible for a lot of social housing projects in SA but they give no slightest care to their tenants which is really sad for the most poorest population of our country. I really am sad to experience such treatment :( Just raising awareness so please know what to expect when signing those leases. I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the deposit. I might be back for another review when they decide not to pay me my deposit.
I've got a balance in my card and haven't been using the train for quite some time now (years). I app**** for a claim to get my refund but somehow was rejected. My online profile is also having issues after my request for a claim
Worst experience when it comes to claims. I have been waiting for my claim to be paid. I've submitted a claim in December. I am still awaiting for it to be paid even now.
I am waiting for my funds to be paid. Momentum is not assisting. I was dismissed in August the 1st 2025. I'm still waiting and no communication from them. I'm the one who keeps on calling them. No update or feedback from them
I've had the best experience with Happy pay so far. I get all my order's without upfront payment and then settle at a later stage. I'm very happy with my experience
I recieved poor service from the service provider. I app**** for a phone contract on 21st of May 2025. Application approved. Today it's the 28th of May 2025. I still haven't received the phone. I called the 27th, I was told my order was cancelled. It was sent to the courier same day but was never notified about it or even issued a tracking number when sent to the courier. The stores cant help as well as the call centre. They are now waiting for the return of the phone from couriers in order to cancel the order. I'm expected to reapply again. Wow such poor service.
Refund not paid. I placed an order in January 2025 for 2 wigs, only received 1. I've been promised a refund but till today. Nothing has been paid. Today being the 9th of April 2025. Over 3 months waiting for a refund.
I got a delivery today for my packaging wich was picked up yesterday. The packaging was opened and a wig inside was ******. I bought 2 wigs and 1 was missing. From the original packaging you can tell it was opened before being put inside an Aramex packaging. I'm so disappointed at the service of this company.
I've received the worst service with this supplier. My order was updated and no refund sent. I've got missing items on my order and an incorrect item sent. It's just a mess. I don't recommend stylephase to anyone. They will surely give bad service. They ignore texts on their WhatsApp account
Pick n Pay ASAP App. I requested to withdraw from my account on the 7th of September because I had a credit in which a driver failed to deliver my goods. I then received a confirmation the following day that I should wait 5-10 working days before receiving it into my account. Today its the 18 of September almost 11 days later, I've called and was told its only processed today. I still have to wait a period of 5-10 working days. This is a ****. I want my REFUND URGENTLY.
