What a bunch of ****bags.They have debited my account with R 504-00 without making any purchase. I believe that they will not be around for very long and anybody reading this, stay far away, do not offer offer any banking details to these ********s. I guess that' it was only a matter of time before ********s climb onto the bandwagon that legitimate companies offer. STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!!

Happy pay is a ****,I have has bad experience with them,I regret ever using them.I bought crocs,then returned them,crocs payed back the money to happy pay,and happy pay is deducting none fro my account and still saying I owe them

Received an sms saying" multiple purchases are unlocked "only to find out that I still need to pay a deposit when placing an order,I need to link my bank account and do an assessment?again,the agent claims it was an error sent out by them (sms)so this is False adverti*****t!

I placed an order on happy pay and it took the amount 4 times and now wants to debit again 4 times because the system put through duplicate orders. Nobody is replying via WhatsApp or email and I need urgent assistance

Hey ******* You’ve taken a thousand rand from my moms account and when we called Ackermans they are saying there is no record of purchase and Offcourse there is no actual human we can talk to to sort this out so I’m left arguing with your AI agent via WhatsApp. Thanks for spoiling our day and my daughters birthday. Disgusting.

Claiming I owe them money. Handed me over to NIMBLE but neither Happy Pay or NIMBLE can provide details of when the account was opened, at which store the purchase was made, what was purchased and the date of purchase. Trying to get help and answers but nothing forthcoming. NIMBLE keep referring me to Happy Pay. Both want a selfie of me with my ID and address to continue with the “investigation”.

I do not owe them a cent. The app indicates an outstanding balance which was settled long ago. Now they continually trying to debit my account. I’ve sent them email after email, not a single response from them. This is not their first attempt to de***** me of money. They have done it before.
